Nice hotel but old. The hotel is owned by an old man and his family are the staff. Everything was really nice there the only problem was the bed it was 2 mattress next to each other so we weren't comfortable with that. One more thing you need to collect your bags down throughout your room by stairs no one there is to help. In general our stay was nice. What I recommend you is not to go by car to positano as you have to pay each day 25 euro for parking.

The breakfast was basic. I also prefered to have a coffee machine in the room.

We stayed 2 nights at this property. From the first moment of our stay, it was amazing. We liked how it was renovated, how clean it was, and the how great was the view. We had rented a car from airport, so parking was part of our booking. The owner helped us with all our needs. She is super kind.

A bit far from the Positano town centre and beach. Walking 90m down on the stairs could hurt your knees. Suggest taking the convenient local mini bus down and up.

Located in a quiet area of Positano, not far from Chiesa Nuova bus station. The local mini bus stand is just near the entrance. View from the room terrace is spectacular.

The owner/staff felt a bit like ‘mum was checking up on you’ as she wanted us to leave the key behind in case we lose it etc. Average breakfast.

No coffee, I could use one in the morning.Terrace was near neighbours (2m), No visual separation, if you want to be alone, its no easy (if you have neighbours, which go to sleep early, you are fortunate).

I liked the host, very friendly, very helpful.About breakfast I had no info, but was in a hurry. You can see starry sky if weather is good.Beautiful.

Landlady a little old fashioned and always around watching every move. All kinds of monitoring bells each time you left your room. The towels were more colourful than an LGBT flag and were well worn to the point that there was no drying left in them and were rough enough to feel sore on the skin. We didn't like the billions of steps to get to town centre and everywhere else for that matter. Without the fantastic views it's just a mediocre B&B really.

The view, the view and the view! Spectacular views over the town and the mountains. Breakfast was OK.

When nearby rooms shut their doors or open their doors, it makes big sound- enough to wake you up. The towels in restroom seem so rough and unclean- like (even though they were clean). Toilet amenities were pooe. Room was clean enough (but not great). We were asked to get out of the room by 11 am for cleanup service, which we don't like. Rooms have tiles and there are dirts in the floor.either wear shoes in the room or sandals. No drinkable water bottles provided.

It's right at the Posatino (Cheisa Nuovo) bus stop.. so if you arrive through bus, it's a great spot . Literally 2 minutes walk down to the hotel. If you arrive by Ferry, then you have no option but to hire a poster service (usually 10 euro per bag) and you have to climb about 1000 stairs and 45 mins walk. So, location depends on what mode toy arrive through. Owner seems like elderly family, really nice and accommodating. Offered us free hot water and friendly. Good view from the room.

Even if we paid a fair amount of money considering it's in Positano, I still think it can be done more for this accomodation, such as newer mattresses, towels and maybe bathroom reconditioned.

You can easily get to Vilaverde by getting down at Chiesa Nuova SITA bus station, from there is a 3 mins walk downhill. Iat departure, if you need to get to the port, you can also take the SITA bus or the Positano Interno bus, but we decided to go downhill by feet, as we had small trolley bags and it took us 20 mins with breaks. To get uphill, you have to walk a good amount of stairs, but it is doable and nowhere near 1 h, maybe 30 mins. The view from the terrace over the mountains is spectacular, during both day and night. It is worthier to spend the night than the day in Positano, when things do cool down and we didn't regret doing so.

tough one to review as i found the room nice and clean but my girlfriend did not. the flower pattern bed sheets the shower curtain the old VERY used towels all different colours the 500-1000 steps from the ferry port to the room bed was 2 singles pushed together and werent very comfy weird bell ringing constantly in reception/dining room no fridge or drinks facilities after checkout had to go collect the air conditioning remote from the room at take it to reception (why?)

tough one to review as i found the room nice and clean but my girlfriend did not. the balcony is incredible to sit and relax on in a morning and at night when all the lights of the city are showing the woman was nice although weirdly questioned me on where my key was ("in my bag" was enough to suffice) a bus on the positano - interior line stops a couple roads up from here so you can get off there and walk a few flights and a road DOWN to get here rather than up the steps all the time.

What we didn't know prior to going is how difficult it is to get to the shops/town center, which is a very difficult walk up and down elaborate stairways. In fact when I first walked down with my 14 yr old daughter we couldn't believe the pains in our legs, only to have to do it a second time uphill! If we were to stay in town again we would stay in a lower location in Positano, closer to the beach (which is limited). Frankly we only did the trek up and down once, avoiding a second attempt in later days. Instead we walked to restaurants in the upper part of town, nice food, and views of course! Driving is beyond dangerous, to the point that we are not likely to return to this (albeit beautiful) part of Italy.

The view is superb. Neighboring rooms do however have balconies side-by-side; ok but not esp private. The beds and rooms were fine, no frills.

The shower was too small and the curtain clung to you. The balcony area was great but could have been better if there had been sun loungers..

The views were excellent , the bus stop was convenient, car parking available was good.
