The segregating of the garbage in Italy is really goofy, and I had to learn it. The drive to the house is better if you have a smaller car. There are a few stairs in the house, and that can be difficult if you have bad knees/hips.

Honestly, a great experience. The house was clean, the plumbing worked, the air conditioning worked. There is a garage for parking your car under the house. There is a laundry room with a small washer & dryer. The location is easy to get to, once you follow directions, and do the most direct road. The pool is shared with the other half of the house but it was cleaned regularly. Mara is a wonderful host, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. She was helpful with all questions and available as needed. Absolutely gorgeous views, and very well maintained property. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

I haven't huge experience of vacations in off hotels property, but would be nice to have for this villa level some fruits and water on the check in.

The only thing that struck me was the very strong odor of a scented cleaning product. it was a lot- so we opened all the doors and windows to air it out. It was fine.

The view of Lake Como is wonderful. It’s quiet and a great place to relax. The space is large with plenty of room for our family with a teen, a tween and a school age child. Everyone could spread out and have their own space. I love that each room had its own bathroom. The kids loved the pool. Each room has its own A/C which was a godsend! we loved that it had a garage. Overall- it was a lovely stay.

Exceptional in every way! Exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful views from the hill above Tremezzo overlooking Lake Como. Quiet location. Pool was perfect. Mara was great and very attentive.

Very nice house; with an amazing view and everything is very clean. Easy entry from the lower garage and only 2 Minutes from restaurants and beach. There is a 24/7 supermarket, just 15 Minutes drive away and a regular supermarket within 5 minutes drive. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and aircondition; as well as the livingroom. Great place with a very friendly host. Top.

Met in-person by the hosts for a walk through of the property, facilities and the hand-over of keys. Great personal service, with exchange of local information that was of interest to us and our stay.

No outdoor cooking space and no board or card games. Indoor living space could be cosier and better used.

Superb view and good size shared pool. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Very big garage and parking. Local electric car charging for feee in the commune.
