A small, 6-unit hotel with the amenities of a much larger place. Unique interior design, quiet, spacious room. On-site parking. Storage room for bicycles. Very good breakfast with some variety each day. We spent a week here and it was a wonderful base for exploring the Lake Garda area.

Everything was great.

Amazing stay! We loved it! The whole building is brand new and fresh. The room we stayed in had a gorgeous view on the lake and a big terrace to enjoy it. The room was nicely decorated and every detail was coherent with another detail. The bed was big and super comfortable. Inside there was a little fridge so you could drink your favorite cold drink after the whole busy day. The rooms were cleaned and provided with fresh towels on a daily basis. There was also a private closed parking available with enough space to fit a big car. The check-in was super easy and we were given the precise instructions how to gain access to our room. We also loved the pamphlets and maps available regarding local sport activities, bike trails, via ferratas, nearby towns etc. Next point: the breakfast. Always fresh and consisting of many local delicious products. For coffee lovers: really nice coffee machine with lots of different types of coffee to choose from. Last but not least: the staff was super friendly and always helpful. What else can I say? Thank you so much for having us!

Everything was perfect

We decided very spontanously to stay a night at Lago di Garda, it was super easy with the self-checkin & Valentina sent us a message & gave us a call as well telling us how to checkin. We were amazed by the wonderful designed room & the marvellous view. The staff is very nice & the breakfast very good! We will definitely come back & can highly recommend visioni to our friends & anyone else 😊

Beautiful small boutique style hotel - modern equipment, stylish and functional. We had two outdoor terraces and small kitchen anex. We did not use kitchen apliances, but the fridge was helpful.

I wish I Could give 11 or more.Perfect place: : from room design, view (3rd floor), trough cleanliness, facilities, food and Valentina the owner. The accomodation is located in a quiet area, what is perfect after the whole day of exploration. Room was beautiful. Each detail of the design is well thought-out. The balcony is large, and the view….it’ a breathtaking view! This place has also the bicyckle storage room. Dear booking com Users, do not waste time for accomodation deep research, just choose this place.

This place is exceptional. I recommend room with a view, it is stunning, especially for a morning coffee. Room equipped with everything what's needed. People nice and helpful. Quiet area. You will rest there for sure.

terrific facilities, everything a tourist could want + a jacuzzi no less. 10 min (by car) from Riva del Garda center, and so away from crowds and hustle and bustle; super helpful staff; yummy breakfast; spacious, clean well equipped beautifully rooms; balcony with stunning views of the mountains; the hot water is hot in the shower; bathrobes provided are high quality; etc etc

beautiful rooms with full equipment, great view. great service, very helpful at every turn. it is wonderful to end a hot day after the journey relaxing in the jacuzzi.

Everything was super good, very nice welcome, beautiful new build rooms with amazing view, good breakfast, good working airco, quite location,.... The distance is not so close to the lake, but there is a walking path close to the location that leads directly to the lake, about 45 min walk and the view is amazing. We did it only 1 day, the other days we went by car to the centre where you easily can find parking (10 euro/day) The best is to rent a VESPA and scooter all day along the lake & visit many nice places & lakes in the neighborhood too.

There is not a lot of storage room in the room for clothes and stuff... The fan from the airconditioning is loud. Maybe they could put some sunshades in the garden terrace and on the terrace where the whirlpool is.

The staff is really friendly.The view from the third floor is great. Breakfast was good..overall it is a really nice place to stay.

Fantastic place, beautifully designed space, modern, perfectly clean, great bed, lovely breakfast, fab hot tub and the balcony had a beautiful view of the lake. One of the best places we have stayed at. Highly recommended.
