Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. United States of AmericaWish there were a boardwalk or some foot path from the hotel to the rest of the beach area other than along the beach especially with parking and luggage
View was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a special charm to it. Would definitely stay here again!

KazakhstanExcellent location, amazing sew view from room and terrace, friendly stuff, good food and homemade vine. Prior to arrival we received a detailed instruction from hotel on how to get to Vittorio Beach Resort, which was very helpful. Breakfasts were substantial enough. Reasonable value for money. The room is not fresh new, that is true, however it did not affect the overall impression. I would definitely be back to this place, but not in July. To me it was too hot at this period.

SerbiaIt was unbearably hot in every part of the hotel. They don't have air conditioning in the room, but a fan, and the worst thing is that there is no refrigerator. You are forced to constantly buy bottles of water in the hotel at a much higher price than in the mini market. The coffee was bad. From the bus station to the hotel you can either walk along the beach or take a taxi boat, in both cases you will get very tired. The nearest mini market is very far away. At breakfast every morning, a waiter very unpleasantly tried to remove our dishes while we were still eating, as if he wanted us to finish as soon as possible, although the restaurant was never full at the time we had breakfast.
The best thing about the hotel is that you can see only the sea from the balcony, even from the bed. The hotel has its own deck chairs and umbrellas, they even provide beach towels. The bread for breakfast was very nice.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is at the end of the beach where you cannot walk to with luggage. There is a boat taxi that will bring you to the hotel, we weren’t told this until we arrived at the front desk after dragging our luggage through the beach in 90 degree weather. Overall the staff was very nice and the area was extremely beautiful. Other than the first day of getting there, everything was amazing.

NorwayNo fridge and a/c in the room, just a noisy ven. That has to be improved, as it is very much needed in the summer. The single room is too small. So even if you arrive alone, I recommend you to take the double room. Mine was also upgraded at my request with a daily fee of 30 EUR/day. The bed and the pillows are not comfortable. :( it should be an easy fix though :) I lacked the free parking possibilities. I would also suggest better vegetable selection to the breakfast.
It is right on the beach with good wifi connection. I had a room with ocean view, which was wonderful. I could watch and listen to it all the time! Great experience. The hotel had easy access to the bus going directly to Ischia port. The owners and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and dinner being served. Convenient with the pool at the property. The only way to approach the hotel is by walking along the coast in the sand and through a tunnel. I got help with the suitcases. So it was just arty and special this way, but did not bother me at all. I would definitely consider returning another time.

United KingdomThere is no airconditioning! This can be quite difficult in the hot summer months. There is a ceiling fan in the rooms, which helps a little, but if you are sensitive about heat it may be difficult. We are a young couple so didn't mind so much, but there were moments we really wished there was an aircon. There are a LOT of boats moored near the beach, opposite the hotel. Especially during the weekend.
Great location- right by the beach. Huge balcony with sea view. At night you can hear the waves from your bed! Breakfast was also good- limited choice but quality food. Fresh home made bread, fruits, cold meats, boiled eggs, cheese etc. And lots of home made Italian cakes. For dinner are a lot of nice local restaurants in the area, including 2 mins walk from the hotel, so it is worth exploring the other places too. We alternated between hotel lunch/dinner and other restaurants.

Great food (breakfast and dinner), fantastic personnel (extremely nice people with immediate help), sea in front of the hotel with nice beach and very clean sea. Only few minutes by boat is a beautiful town St. Angelo.

RussiaIts the best place near to sea. You have sea very close to you. I didnt close the balcony all the night. As the noise of sea is very calming. I lived in a single room. It might seem to be small, but for me it is rather cosy and cheap for Its location.

SerbiaA bit old stylish hotel, also impacting the accoustics of the rooms.
Perfect position on the beach itself, fantastic view from the room and extremly relaxing evenings on the balcony while listening to the sea and looking at the sky full of stars.. There was no crowd in middle of july, and the staff is very nice and friendly, definitely much more than what i saw in rest of my trip trough Italy, and especially Napoli region.

CanadaThe bathroom and shower facilities. The fact that there is no a la carte restaurant but fixed hours for the restaurant. Be that as it may, it gave me the opportunity to explore restaurants and cantine in the surrounding area of Maronti where I ate the best seafood and pasta ever! L’Ottomano, Nuovo Tropical, Da Samy, Pietro Paolo Stalino etc etc etc. Hotel Vittorio had the cleanest bed linen, pure white cotton, cleanliness everywhere. Friendly family run enterprise. already some of my friends from Canada have reserved for September. I would love to go back.
Off the beaten track. The best thing is that the hotel is right on the beach, each room has a balcony overlooking the sea. At night you hear the music of the waves that lull you to sleep. The beach has rocks but the water is clean and ohhh so wonderful. It’s not crowded, depending on when you choose to be there, and the lunches are exquisite. Cavascura the thermal baths are a walk away from the hotel, you can take a small boat to Sant’Angelo or Fumarole. The hotel has no frills, it’s spartan but ohh so Ischian. If you love the sea and simple authentic places then it’s for you.

ItalyDinner was a little small. Not a typical Italian dinner. You get a primi and a secondi that's a set menu you choose, but it isn't the normal Italian dinner. Although the food was amazing I wanted more! The lunch or restaurant portions do not follow dinner portions.
The beach access, pools, and view were an excellent getaway. Access to the beach and sunbeds directly from your room was amazing.

IrelandOnly issue we had was there was a swell in the sea on the second last day our stay which prevented us from using water taxis or walking to the bus stop as you need to walk along the beach from the hotel. This is something I do feel they should forewarn customers about or at least have an alternative form of transport available.
Enjoyed the property and thermal spring pool. Staff were nice, lunch at the hotel restaurant was very good and views from the room were excellent.

ItalyWe were disappointed to learn the night before that the hotel didn’t have a beach as the water of the sea engulfed it. We’d specifically chosen this hotel for its beachfront location. The owners understood our disappointment and treated us to a water taxi and dinner the first night. The upside - hotel is located just a short way to other beach clubs and fine dining! And we tried so many throughout our stay!!! If you stay at this hotel, I urge you to adventure off premise for beach club, terme parks and dining! Each night we returned and enjoyed the bar for a drink before bed. This hotel is good for those who don’t mind walking, and are physically able to manage stairs, and tough beach terrain to visit other nearby eateries etc. There isn’t a lift and even with water taxis this would be a difficult place to take our mothers too.
Lost in time! Enjoyed a three night stay a short trek from a terms bath park, other beach clubs, restaurants and cafes! Read on for tips to enjoy your stay here and take advantage of nearby attractions without having to spend or do too much! A true lily relaxing vacation! Remote! This hotel is off the beaten path, and there in lies the adventure! Take the ferry to Ischia Port and then Bus #5 to Maronte Square (or pay 25€ for a taxi like we did - don’t pay more — it’s easy to talk them down to the fair rate.) Both modes of transport will leave you in Maronti Squre. From there, based on the season and water - you will take a water taxi to the hotel or walk down to the water make a right - walk about 20 minutes down the shore until you see a sign for Hotel Angelina. Go up the stairs and Make a right, you’ll see a sign for Hotel Vitorrio with an entrance to a tunnel. The tunnel will take you to the reception are for the hotel! An adventure it is - and it made for a most memorable time! Note: you will get wet on water taxi LOL But that's part of the adventure The hotel itself is like a time capsule transporting you into the 70s and beautiful views of the sea beckon you to let go of your usual modern extravagances and take pleasure in the simplicity of sand, salty water and cool ocean breezes. Greeted with cool lemonade and a cheery reception staff - we were delighted to enjoy lunch looking at the water. Rooms are adequate, simply furnished and include a delightful sea view and balcony to enjoy quiet mornings and gaze at stars in the evening. I must stress CLEAN! Also note, there is no air conditioning But we kept our doors open at night and a fan running. Truly a seaside European summer stay - so if you have the Hilton in mind - this place is not for you!
