I've made reservation few weeks before the trip and were asked on the day of travelling to provide scans of documents to be able to get to the object. It was not comfortable and could be arranged better.

Difficult to open the door to the apartment - neighbor was kind enough to help us when we arrived, as there is self check in and key is left in a box outside. It is convenient if it no problems, but in our case I was standing outside the door some time and trying to open the door in vain. A lot of things were broken - several lamps did not work, lids on certain things were broken, dirt in the corners, especially in the bathroom. Covers of the lightcolored armchairs were awfully dirty. This place could be so much better with a small refresh.

Location was good and overall layout of the apartment as well. Two bathrooms is always appreciated. Beds were comfortable. No noise from the street (although upstairs neighbors can be heard rather well probably due to wooden ceilings)

Only one negative. One of my pillows smelled strongly of someone else’s perfume which was a bit off-putting. No drama as there were plenty of others to choose from.

Spacious, comfortable and exceptionally quiet. Modern facilities and a good location about ten minutes walk from the Arena. Highly recommended.

Beautiful well appointed apartment in central location a short stroll to the Arena , square and shops and restaurants. Ideal for us - 2 couples - as has 2 bathrooms . Big dining , lounge area and kitchen meant we could make our own breakfasts before heading out to see beautiful Verona . Undercover private car park around the corner worked perfectly . Would stay here again .

No drying up cloth!!

Immaculate throughout, very comfortable beds and pillows. 2 bathrooms, which was ideal. Very easy auto-checkin, which was helpful as our train was delayed . 10 minutes walk to supermarket and 15 to Arena. Would stay there again if visiting Verona

For a property that sleeps four people, would be great to have 4 comfy chairs in the living area. The main bathroom door needs fixed as it’s unable to stay closed.

The only criticisms I have is there wasn't a draining board for washing up and no tea towels either so made it a little difficult. I think complimentary tea coffee sugar and milk would be nice for people that may arrive late and can't get milk.

I liked this apartment it was very clean and comfortable and not far from Piazza Bra and the centre of verona. The 2 bathrooms were great one was en suite and it was lovely and homely. There was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us.

Nowhere onsite to keep luggage post check out, but Eduardo Whatsapp'd back quickly to let us know about a separate luggage locker facility that we could leave our bags whilst continuing our trip. My fault for not requesting a late check out at the time of booking, or looking into this pre-trip!

The location was amazing. A short walk to the Forum and luckily just a few streets away from where we were due to meet our tour guides for the excursions we had planned. The facilities were good - we could have done with some more wine glasses but otherwise all okay and a lovely bottle of rose was provided on arrival. The showers had good water pressure and we were able to use both at the same time. A great apartment overall that we will be recommending to others.

Great location. Very clean. Lots of room for a family of four adults including a comfortable sitting area. Comfortable beds. The two full bathrooms made it quick for everyone to get ready and out to explore. Easy walking access from the train station and to the centre of the old city and shops.

Honestly spoken - Nothing could be better!

This appartement ist outstanding in every aspect. Quiet area close to the Arena. Renovated building, spacious rooms, two bedrooms and two bath rooms, functionally and tastefully furnished and decorated. Simply perfect!
