We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt's not that we didn't like anything. There are always things you can find fault with but nothing that I would even bother to talk about.
The location of this hotel is exceptional, as are the views. Although it's slightly away from the centre of Capri, the hotel's free shuttle service is incredible and runs every 10 minutes from the hotel to town and return. This operates right through til 2am! There are, as always, things that can be better, but I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again. I can not recommend it highly enough, and the majority of staff here made our short stay on the island of Capri, a fabulous and enjoyable one. We will be back! And, reception and foh staff are amazing!

United States of AmericaWe had a terrace room directly beneath the restaurant and it was noisy at times.
We loved the location being away from the port and near the water. There were nice common areas to relax with beautiful views of the sea. Unlike many hotels in this area, it was an easy walk to the beach. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast and dinner. Cataldo in the restaurant treated us like family and was a highlight of our stay.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like that the housekeeping service never came into the room during our stay. I didn't like the shower. You have to be very careful to turn the shower head toward the wall or it will spray all over the floor because the shower enclosure is only 1/2 an enclosure. From the start, The towel rod was falling off of the wall. Since no housekeeping came to the room, we received no new coffee supplies and no new toilet paper or towels. Also the bedding looks old. Why not add a white top sheet over the blankets you have in closet. It will really update the room. Items in fridge are charged to you. There were very few items in our refrigerator in room when we arrived. We are now concerned we could be charged for items we didn't take/use.
I loved the breakfast and the sea view. The men at the front desk were very nice and helpful

AustriaThe shuttle service from the village was disruptive one day but when we made enquiries at the given tel number, the lady at the reception was very rude, she should not work there! She would not give her name as we wanted to complain to her manager, she has short hair and wears glasses. We told the manager anyways. Problems and disruptions may arise all the time in life, but your job is in the client service and to solve problems rather than to upset your clients, lady. Like all your colleagues at the reception do - learn from them!
Many thanks to the reception staff for their welcoming attitude. Special huge thanks to Eduardo (I hope I remember the name right, he is a new colleague who started 3 weeks ago at the reception) who is a model of an excellent employee and a wonderful person, all the best to you!

AustraliaThe pool wasn't ready for swimming (early April). Not a big drama but it would've been nice to have it available. I would love to go there at the height of summer but it would probably be out of my budget then. The pool area and the beach below it would be awesome in summer though no doubt crowded.
A very good hotel with lots of great staff. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very nice. So was breakfast. The hotel is near a lovely beach on the quieter side of the island which was good. It would've been a hassle to get up to Capri town except the hotel had a very good shuttle service running very regularly. We made good use of this. I would love to stay there again though it is not cheap for obvious reasons. Nice gym

United States of AmericaThe furniture in the common areas and decor in the guest rooms are tired, faded and in serious need of a refresh. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, but food quality was poor.
The location and the ocean view are spectacular. The transportation from the port and the shuttle to the historic town center were very convenient. Bathroom was spacious and shower was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Its location and closeness to the beach were perfect. It was far from the city center but they offer a free shuttle bus going to and from the center to the hotel. However we didn’t know this option before coming. We have only received the taxi option which was not free of course. The room size and cleanness were great. The balcony was large with perfect view to the sea however we didn’t use it that much since it was too close to other’s room without having any privacy. The staff were so kind and helpful. The restaurant had also a variety of food with good price

Everything… starting from Ciro that went to pick us up from Marina Grande to Antonio who received us and accommodated us at a great room (he upgraded the room at no cost). The waiters, the other receptionists, everyone was so kind to us. The view was unbelievable… Absolutely recomendable… my wife and I are looking forward to return to Capri one day and return to this hotel…

The view from our room, pool area and deck area is stunning. Relaxed atmosphere and nice amenities. Shuttle service for pick up at the Marina and trips into Capri was very convenient. We had a great dinner on the night we arrived with staff that were efficient but also fun. Easy walk to the sea down with a nice area to swim.
