The shuttle service from the village was disruptive one day but when we made enquiries at the given tel number, the lady at the reception was very rude, she should not work there! She would not give her name as we wanted to complain to her manager, she has short hair and wears glasses. We told the manager anyways. Problems and disruptions may arise all the time in life, but your job is in the client service and to solve problems rather than to upset your clients, lady. Like all your colleagues at the reception do - learn from them!

The pool wasn't ready for swimming (early April). Not a big drama but it would've been nice to have it available. I would love to go there at the height of summer but it would probably be out of my budget then. The pool area and the beach below it would be awesome in summer though no doubt crowded.

A very good hotel with lots of great staff. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very nice. So was breakfast. The hotel is near a lovely beach on the quieter side of the island which was good. It would've been a hassle to get up to Capri town except the hotel had a very good shuttle service running very regularly. We made good use of this. I would love to stay there again though it is not cheap for obvious reasons. Nice gym

The furniture in the common areas and decor in the guest rooms are tired, faded and in serious need of a refresh. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, but food quality was poor.

The location and the ocean view are spectacular. The transportation from the port and the shuttle to the historic town center were very convenient. Bathroom was spacious and shower was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not having a privacy in balcony area

Its location and closeness to the beach were perfect. It was far from the city center but they offer a free shuttle bus going to and from the center to the hotel. However we didn’t know this option before coming. We have only received the taxi option which was not free of course. The room size and cleanness were great. The balcony was large with perfect view to the sea however we didn’t use it that much since it was too close to other’s room without having any privacy. The staff were so kind and helpful. The restaurant had also a variety of food with good price

We had some issues with our room that were not taken care of by requests to staff. I did contact the manager, and they could have not responded better. He took care of every issue in short order, and we were compensated for the inconvenience!

The location, view and pool were fabulous! The pool staff is exceptional, especially the woman who seems to manage the area. I wish I had gotten her name. She’s a huge asset!

The staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful. We waited 1.5 hours after arranging a pick up from the port when we arrived, and as an “apology” the hotel offered us the same room they were going to give us anyways. We wanted to love it, but we found some of the staff quite unfriendly.

Views from our room were amazing. The location is perfect, and you can access the beach right below. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the city centre every 10 minutes, so it’s very easy to get around.

We stayed in a junior suite room with a terrace that had a beautiful view, but we woke up every morning to chairs being moved around and dragged around the dining room ( people having breakfast) that was quite disappointing for the price. The hotel is definitely a 4 star hotel but great staff, great amenities, breakfast could be a bit better but overall I'd recommend.
