This place is beautiful by all means! The common area is spacious and you have three rooms to give you some privacy if needed. Breakfast area is beautiful, perfect for cozy mornings, you have very nice options with some fresh homemade pastry, juices and fruit and can order some coffee and eggs. The rooms are very spacious and decorated very nicely, you have a ‘walk-in’ closet and beds are superior.

Only one person (from staff) speaked English. There were a few of the wierd looking insects in the room. Also I think that price is a bit too high ... oh, and the drive from the main road to the Casa is quite bumpy...

Casa Zuani is beautiful, big rooms, very cozy atmosphere and vibe ... Massage tub is top. All very tidy with just one exception...Staff is very nice and polite. Breakfast was good, rich enaugh for even those that can really eat a lot.

Quality of service, excellent breakfast, peaceful and quiet. In the middle of vineyeards, good starting point for exploring the surrounding towns full of interesting history. Suitable for hikerks and cyclists. Many superb restaurants in vicinity including some Michelin stars. But don't chase the Michelin stars, difficult to miss good restaurants. And of course Friuli wines !

It took us a little while to find the place, but now when i think of it the simplicity of the sign contributes to the beauty of the whole house.

The place is absolutely stunning. The design, detail of each object in the house is unbelievable and very enjoyable. The owner met us with great warmness. We have enjoyed our wine tasting and evening there tremendously.

weak WiFi. also the vine and local food testing is a little bit of a scam. I felt really disappointed when I discover it was more than 50 euro pper person for 4 glasses of vine and some snacks.

all was perfect. really big attention to detail in design. really clean and calm. amazing view. it’s a shame there is no pool or sth like that to chill outside

The location is superb, the staff is very accomodating and helpfull, breakfast was served on a terrace with a beautiful view. The room was extra clean. I felt very welcomed. Would definitely reccomend!

Unfortunately, our room was full of beetles when we were there. We spent the evening getting rid of them before we could sleep. Some bug screens would be necessary. The location is great, but most food places are only open at the weekend or close before 6pm. There are good places nearby at the border to Slovenia. Some recommendations from the host would have been helpful. We had arranged a wine tasting with the owner at 4pm on our second day but unfortunately couldn't find them. Thankfully we weren't charged, but it did change our plans that day.

The room was full of insects, we spent one hour taking them out as we had a baby sleeping in the room. We understand that this was a countryside house, but with a good cleaning before guests arrival this could have been avoided. The breakfast is good, but did not met our expectations considering the location in the italian coutryside. The price is too high. In the morning there was nobody around to check out.

Good accommodation in the countryside, good position to explore the Collio vineyards.
