Too many stairs to access the room The iron board once extended was resting on top of the fridge. The safe was locked so we could not lock our valuables away. We were told that only the manager could open it and he would not be in until the following day, which we were leaving.

Checkin process takes whole lot of time. The gym didn't have enough equipment.

The hotel is located in a convenient a walking distance from the Airport and next to hip stirp, down, DR Cave beach, dead end beach etc. I enjoyed the meals as well.

Wifi was unpredictable at times Air conditioning wasn't strong enough making nights a little warmer than preferred Shower water would leak out to the room but I just asked for extra towels and laid them across the entrance

It was clean, staff were polite and friendly, helpful. Food and drinks were good. Pools were awesome and music in the day was on point. Bed size was great, balcony and furniture nice. Fridge freezer worked perfectly

The property is a lil dated which gives it an authentic Jamaican feel but could use a facelift in a few areas.

I loved the location, the restaurant, then bartender Mike. It was such a warm family feel.

Room lighting was poor especially in the bathroom Pool deck did not look appealing The music was at times too loud - did not care for the hip hop music - wish they played more island type reggae music

I love 😍 everything notting to dislike you pay for what you get if you need any additional items well you pay for it I needed a fridge so I paid for the time I'm using it rate was good with a discount every day room cleaned floor washed they are very covid 19 awareness which is good

It was adequate for our purpose as we went off property for entertainment and activities. The facilities are basic; small pools and parking area but good value for money.

The location is good being at the bottom of the hip strip; walking distance from Doctor's Cave beach and Margaritaville.

The place need a serious update, it was clean but, needed to be upgraded, rooms, bathroom, outside.
