We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The reception staff are amazing specially Mr.Emad, he is so helpful and he always available if you need anything with smile:). Moreover, he can advise you to visit many attractions locations in Amman. The room was clean with reasonable size. Overall, the hotel is very clean comparing to other hotels. Definitely will visit it again.

MalaysiaI would highly recommend this hotel for first timers to Amman because the location is peaceful and near downtown. Plus its easy to take taxi. In addition, the hotel is clean, there is a salon and the staff are helpful and super friendly. Many thanks to Emad for managing my booking and also to Osama and Ayed.
