Ireland10 Reviews1 helpful vote“Crazy expensive laundry”I sent a small bag of clothes to the laundry and was charged 50JOD (75euro) for them to be washed. This is completely unacceptable. It was almost the same cost as the room for the night. In a rush I paid the cost but questioned it in an email and never got any response from the hotel.

Hotel is quite grand and a throw back to another era.

Staff were amazing so friendly. The location is spot on for all the sightseeing and tour stuff. You can walk to the large mall, there is also Uber in Jordan

amazing welcoming by Mrs Sara and Mrs Vivian.. both were helpful and gave us advice of the attractions in the city. they also managed to give me a room next to my old man.

Vivian, the employee at the reception, was extremely helpful and friendly to help to get a better room. The female leader of the housekeeping even insisted to help me with my luggage to bring it down! Both ladies should be employees of the month!

The shower curtain was not adequate to keep water from flooding the bathroom floor. Before ising the shower, I noticed a large wet spot on the carpet just outside of the bathroom door. It seems this is an ongoing problem which has not adequately been addressed for a long time.
The staff (except for pool attendees) presented themselves as ready and eager to help on every occasion. I felt well taken care of during my stay with the exception of the curt and dismissive behavior of a pool service employee. The highest praise goes to my tour driver, Mohammed.
