When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Size of the room was really small, hard to move especially with luggages. Its not really a complain but more of a feedback. The rooms we got were very inexpensive so can't expect much in terms of the size

Typical small room hotel in Japan. But acceptable by knowing the nature.

Requiring everyone to check In the full process at the same time creates a traffic cue only found at apa. If you arrive early to any hotel they will allow you to check in but may not five you a room key. This allows you to return later and just quickly retrieve the key and be on your way. Apa should allow the entire checkin process and withhold the key under a phone number that later just needs to be entered and the key issued. This check in rush is not a good experience and entirely caused by the lack of pre check in that all other hotels allow.
High quality breakfast/brunch. Clean rooms and reasonable price.

Small room as expected in Tokyo, no space to lay your bag out. Self-service check in and out which is convenient but missing the personal touch in a hotel that is nice on arrival to a new country.
Really close to Shiomi train station with access to all areas in Tokyo via connecting trains. Comfortable bed with all amenities provided in the room. Tap water was drinkable also and I had no issue with this. Plenty of plugs and a great mixture of natural and non-natural light in the room. Onsen was lovely and a nice treat at the end of a busy day exploring Tokyo!

Room wifi was a bit spotty at times. Too few laundry machines caused a bit of a queue.
Staff was nice and food was good. Location is good for a bit quieter neighbourhood, but still close to train station to get to places quickly.

The bathroom in the room is a bit dated. Would be nice to have do an upgrade on the toilet, since most toilet in the hotel these days in Japan has warm toilet seat, which is really good during cold winter days. It does have a bit of a smell in the bathroom too. And I understand the environmental friendly goal that APA try to achieve but it would still be nice to have a bigger room so at least there is a spot to open the luggages, rather than on the bed. Especially for people from overseas who normally have big luggages. Thank you!
It’s very close to the Keiyo line Shikoku station. There is a supermarket nearby and a Lawson right outside of the hotel. Having a public bath was a pleasant surprise, really enjoyed it.

Check-in procedures. We have to input all of my information again into their system and they asked me to scan my passport twice and their machine was not working well. I show them my booking no. But no one spoke English. I’m asking for one more key for my daughter’s room but they given me additional key for my room. We arrived late at night after a long flight due to our flight delayed. This gave us an unpleasant impression

Considering the last-minute booking it was good in coordination of such factors as price vs location. The commute was very convenient to both the airport and city center, that were critical for me. The room is very small, but clean and cozy.

At the night we stayed, the fire alarm went off. There was no staff or agent to conduct the evacuation. The announcement also ineffective for foreigner.
For the Disneyland enthusiasts, this hotel is located in the prime location. It is just a few stops far from the Disneyland. There is also a good 24-hrs restaurant at Shiomi station and Lawsons at the 1F! The hotel also has hot spring, too! And as APA Standard, the room is nice, compact size, and cozy.

The arrangement of the Single Room was Superb. I was provided clean amenities daily. The bad was so comfortable and so clean. The hotel is near the shops and the metro/train station. The staff was so kind and friendly.

The room is quite small but it was sufficient.
Great breakfast buffet, nice traditional onsen/spa, and great location for those looking to visit Disneyland and Disney Sea nearby. There's a Lawson's next door so convenient for picking up breakfast on the go or late night snacks.

Smell of cigarretes. Old carpet same in every APA hotel i have been to. Never cleaned in corners. Bathroom had some mold.
