The most value-for-money stay among our 8-day driving trip in Hokkaido. The breakfast on the top floor is wonderful. The nearby location is great, close to a lovely shopping street where there are nice restaurants, bars, Izakayas, cafes. We had a wonderful stroll in the rain around that area.

The parking was already full when we arrived and have to go to another parking lot which is only two turns and 3 min away from the hotel. Not sure how many parking spaces are available.

We accidentally booked a smoking room. The smell of smoke in the room was so strong that the pajamas were stained with a strong smell of smoke.

The hotel's breakfast is very rich

Room size is quite small but the cleanliness makes up for it. And the toilet ceiling was quite low. As we drove an MPV, the hotel's car park couldn't accommodate our rental car. The car park attendant gave us an information leaflet to park at other nearby paid parking lots, but when we checked with the front desk, they told us to park opposite the hotel. So the information was different. I hope they can also indicate a temporary parking spot for their guests, so that we can park and proceed to the front desk and enquire. The hotel's entrance have 2 parking lots but they were occupied when we arrived.

Another hotel under the MyStays group, abeit higher class. Room was well kept - clean and good looking. In-room supplies were better quality compared to the Sapporo Station that we stayed. We enjoyed the breakfast here a lot - wide variety, good quality and fantastic view of Asahikawa! Definitely worth going for their buffet breakfast. We only stayed for one night, and didn't have much time to explore the area, so can't comment much on the location. The Asahiyama Zoo is quite near the hotel. We also didn't have time to utilize the hotel's spa facility at the basement.

Everything is a tad more dimly lit than the photos and slightly dated.

Everything was really clean, location was great. The hotel's carpark couldn't take my Noah as it was too high, but directed me to the opposite carpark to park and included the fee for daily parking. Seico mart opposite. No weird smells in the rooms or corridors, and very business-hotel/everyone's already checked out in the morning.

The front desk had made no mention of onsen availability until we enquired, and the onsen usage cost was not mentioned on Booking.com. On-premise parking was available but only for smaller vehicle with lower height, we were asked to park in an off-premise carpark but payment is made at the hotel.

Room - we had gotten the Standard Japanese-Style room, it is adequate for 4 people but will be a real tight fit to squeeze 6 (the maximum number of guests). The futons were already laid before we arrived at the hotel.
