You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

AustriaThe pillows are advertised as awesome but they are very bad for side sleepers. The coffee downstairs tastes burnt and not great but it's free the whole day. The breakfast is a bit limited in options.
Great location, seven eleven in front of the place. Free umbrellas to borrow, lockers to put the suitcases before and after check-in/out.

AustraliaCentralised heating no cooling even though temperature was 22°C. FO staff kind enough to lend us a small fan and with open windows on the top floor, wind breeze was cool enough for the night.
Front Office Staff's English speaking was better than other hotels. Very friendly and recommended a Steak Restaurant nearby. Reserved a car park bay for us after we paid as supposed to be for 24hours and not per entry as not guaranteed when car park full at night. Drinks machine and coin laundry washer and dryer are available.
