It's a small room for 2 with luggage - fine for an overnight, but pay for a bigger room if staying longer.

Everything very clean, good breakfast, good onsen - you get a lot for your money. Really good option.

The room can be bigger. Also, they have a free lounge but the room I booked does not entitle for the entrance which is not mentioned before when I made my booking. Very disappointed

Very convenient location with a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy with good size. I like the rooftop hotbath where you can see the sky when you are enjoying your hotbath.

The staffs were very kind. Concierge help my trip goes smoothly by making reservation or giving useful information. The hotel is very clean and quiet. We enjoyed their "daiyokujo" as well.

Good location in the centre of Sapporo and a walking distance to Sapporo Station. The room was spacious, bigger than what you’d normally get in Japan for the same price. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

Reception is on the 2nd floor signage could've been better. Room was warm and even when I turned Aircon off it didn't cool down too much, Aircon was set to only be on heat mode and i couldn't find a way to switch it to cool. Wasn't unbearable. No help with luggage

Good location walking distance from JR station. Bed was comfy and room was a decent size for a single room in Japan, it was more of a double! Staff were nice but didn't help with luggage or anything so pretty no frills there. The rooftop onsen s cool, especially with the snow coming down in the outdoor pool. Unfortunately not too much of a view as the glass is all seamed up (outdoor one also has big glass wall). Ideal for a one night stay after skiing before flying out the next day. Is possible to walk most of the way to the hotel in underground tunnel

- odd opening hours of the restaurant e.g. lunch 11 - 1pm. - room was too hot and temp centrally controlled but they did bring us up a fan - shower was odd but we ended up showering in the onsen every day so that solved that.

- in the heart of Sapporo and easy to walk everywhere - great onsen with great bathroom facilities - free cocktail hour in the which club room which went from 3pm - 10pm instead of the usual 2 hrs - easy check-in TIP: if you're a western traveler heading to Sapporo, plan ahead. It's a city with super odd opening hours and difficult to navigate the underground walkways in winter
