The breakfast place was crowded. Food and utensils ran out quickly. The food selection was just OK for us. The staff was very nice, though.

The location is fantastic, right above a subway station. The Keihan Line also runs through the same station that took us directly to Kyoto. Super convenient. It's a short walk to Nakanoshima, which is a very nice area with tons of cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. Good amenities. There was even a curling iron! Very thoughtful.

Breakfast could have been a little better, missed fruit and yogurt and bigger selection of bread / bakery.

The Room met the indicated facilities Everything was clean and despite the Hotel being quite central, no noises were felt.

Well located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The Asian breakfast is great. The staff was super friendly and gave very good tips. The subway and train station are within walking distance.

The pillows were a bit odd, with some of them being packed with regular stuffing/feathers? The others were more like memory foam with some beads at the bottom? I guess there's a variety of pillows to suit your preference

The hotel breakfast was delicious and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The bath and dual shower heads were good after a long day out, the water pressure was satisfying. The kitahama station being underneath was super convenient for the cold winter mornings and night trains. It's also a 1 minute walk around the corner from a family mart. Overall, would stay here again when I come back to Japan.

There was some ambiguity regarding kids free breakfast . Booking.Com should have made it clear . Otherwise it was good .

The electric massage chair in our room is the best. My husband really loved it! The location is very convenient for those who travel with big luggages, just located above the elevator at exit 6. The staffs were also nice and helpful.

There was a connection to the subway line under the hotel building which was very nice. Location was great but food options were not as good as I would've hoped. It was clean and comfortable, the staff members were very attentive and helpful.

metro station do not have a direct run to dodonbori or umeda, you will need to do a lot subway transfer most nearby convenient store lack variety compare to other one in osaka

service is fantastic, English capable stuff present room is clean and comfort, shower is great near metro station and many great restaurants, cake from nearby bakery is really good

The location was perfect. Close to metro/train stations. Also, you are in walkable distance to the Osaka castle and the surroundings. Besides, the area is so nice you can totally explore and just have a walk to Dotonbori area. The room was quite big and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean and the towels were super fluffy. Tip: if you wanna wash some clothes in the self servive laundry room thsy provide, you can turn on the TV and you can see what washing machines are used, how many minutes they have left and also check your own.

The bed was a little on the stiffer side for me. I thought it would come in handy being located so close to a metro stop, but it must have been a line that wasn't used much as I always had to walk about 10 minutes to a different stop to get to all of the major tourist locations.

I loved how clean it was. Every day, they had someone come in the room to make the bed and change out the towels, and add new toiletries. A really nice touch was the new water bottle placed on the desk each day. It was really nice to come back to after a hot day out. The staff was great and answered all of my questions the best way that they could. The breakfast was deliciously prepared, and while it was the same thing each morning, I still felt like I got to try something new every day with a wide assortment of food.
