We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very clean and spacious, with sofa, dinning table, kitchenette and separate bathroom and toilet. Has a washing machine and enough area + hangers for drying. The location is close to railway station and just a few stops from Osaka and Namba stations. Really convenient. And the digital check in and out process is fast and easy.

AustraliaThis is very minor but a larger table, isn’t really big enough for four people by to sit comfortably. Also a lamp in the main room would be perfect, the overhead lighting is too bright it’s like being in a supermarket. Still these are only minor things and more just suggestions.
Apartment was big, it was clean, close to train and subway. Security was great. Staff were lovely and helpful.

CanadaThe apartment is very spacious, close to the train station yet pretty quiet. We appreciated the staff helping with the accommodation tax that was due upon arrival. Check in process was done via an iPad but instructions were clear and easy to follow. If you have luggage we’d suggest using exit 4 as there is an elevator.

Hong KongThe location is close to train station, so you expect to hear a bit of train noise but the room include ear plugs. We are fine with the noise. No complain.
super spacious, very clean. with a little kitchen where you can cook. Wonderful to have an in-unit washing machine. Perfect stay. Air-con is cool enough, with air purifier machine. Excellent location, plenty of restaurants around, supermarkets and fresh food markets around.
