Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was perfect and conveniently located next to train stations. Our commute to Kansai Airport was a breeze with kids. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Namba metro exit 5. The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. They let us store our luggage when we arrived in the morning. Our luggage was already in our room when we checked in at 3PM. There was a kitchenette in the room and a washer/dryer with detergent provided. The breakfast area was a little tight, but the food and selection were good. The hotel is close to Dotonbori and Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street. There are a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The Itami airport bus is a 5-minute walk from the hotel right in front of Fresa hotel.

Washing machine was helpful, but we didn't use it as it was too big and there was no dryer.
Great value and location. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless, adequate amenities. Kitchen equipment adequate.

Not really consider the reasonable rate
Good variety of breakfast buffet that changes menu slightly every day. Friendly staff, convenient location for shopping and within five minutes walk to namba station for trains to the airport. We told the staff about early departure and they are nice enough to pack us breakfast bento to go. Though not a fancy hotel but they have everything we need. Even a small kitchen and a washer/dryer and the room rate is very reasonable.

Toilet bowl leaks slightly at the bottom whenever use the spray or flush.
Clean and easy to access. Very near to multiple trains lines. Convenient and nearby alot of food selections.

I really enjoyed my time here. Not much to say other than that. I just wanted a chill place--close to action and close to a station--with a washer and dryer in our room. We used this as a base for our final 4 nights in Japan and it was exactly what I hoped it would be.

I think overall was good except when we check into our room, the remote control for the air con was not working. They rectify it quickly.
The property is located at the central and easily accessible to trains for different locations. Very near to Dotonburi and many shopping and restaurants too. This is my 2nd time staying in Fraser Residence. The staff is very friendly especially the guy who check us in. His name sounded like Jialat- he is very very friendly and approachable.

The breakfast option was good but there is always a limitation. If there were some more dishes like the fried rice and noodles that were served without pork, that would have been great. Also, would have been nice to know if the jams had gelatin in them or not.

The room faces a highway which can be noisy at night hearing sound of cars driving past . And sometimes police or ambulance siren . Sleep quality was 7/10

Loved this hotel!! Near the heart of Osaka and near a metro and JR station. Accommodations were excellent and having access to an in room washer and dryer was priceless during our long weeks long trip to Japan.

This facility was exceptional! The location was great with so many restaurants and shopping. The room was so comfortable and adorable. It had so many storage spaces, and I loved having the laundry machine and refrigerator. The breakfast was really good, and they had different variety of things to eat every day. I loved there pajamas, and wanted to buy a couple of it, but it wasn't for sale. This place was so economical! We stayed at fancier hotels during our travels in Japan, but loved this place the best. I will return to this place if I ever come back to Osaka.
