Brilliantly located at the Shinkansen station in Hiroshima. Many restaurants, we tried the Korean buffet. Very nice indeed. Nice little Robot on dish duty😀 Rooms very good, and bathroom great.

Location is right at train station, just next door. We only stopped by for a nite at Hiroshima, so it was very convenient. The hotel room is a standard Japanese size hotel room, but not too small, nice and clean, modern.

Location is good. Breakfast is also amazing! Especially the staffs are friendly,flexible and excellent!! When I requested the flowers,they have comfortably accepted it. Perhaps I may be able to say that it helped me to propose to my partner.lol

Great location, staff was able to help us check in in English (wasn't necessary but I did appreciate it after a long trip). The room itself was really nice, had a good view and was clean and tidy, id stay here again.

Another good hotel experience in Japan. Location, room and view all met our expectations. Comfortable bed. Shower with nice pressure. We paid for a higher floor and club access came with it, which included afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks and snacks in a dining room on the 21st floor. Where we enjoyed watching night descend over the city, after our days of sightseeing.

Small double room was small with access on one side of the bed only on our second stay. Perhaps we were upgraded on the first stay.

Very convenient for the station and comfortable but inexpensive hotel. Helpful staff kept a case for a week between 2 bookings while we travelled in Kyushu.

The “hot food “ was lukewarm at best. Even on our last morning when we had a very early start the food was still cold.

Right next to Hiroshima station which is great for catching buses, trains and the airport limousine bus. Lovely staff too! We had an incredible degustation at the Sky Lounge restaurant- superb food and wine.

Located right next to Hiroshima station with a connecting corridor. It was easy to find the hotel. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Toilet amenities were good. The hotel breakfast (not included) could be enjoyed at a discounted price and it was decent.

You know when you stay at a hotel and you just think 'yep, we are coming back to this one next time too' - for my family this is that hotel for Hiroshima and Miyajima. We really liked this hotel. The check-in was seamless, the staff lovely, and the room was decently sized for the three single beds in it. Walking to the nearby food, gardens, shops and tram is incredibly easy, not to mention the convenience of being right next to, and attached to, the Shinkansen and JR station. We will unquestionably stay here again when we come back to Hiroshima and Miyajima.
