The rooms are very clean and spacious for 3 pax. Nice view Breakfast is selection is good. The staff are very friendly and can speak English and Mandarin. The hotel facilities and Onsen are great.

The hotel is partially renovated but still not fully, so please be careful which area you book. The part not renovated are ok but desserve a refresh.

The view from the hotel is really impressive. But the view has a price: you are out centered of the visiting area, plan your trip accordingly.

The services from the staffs are impeccable, and the food for the breakfast buffet is delicious. Spending time in public spa is enjoyable and feel relaxed from the busy work. If you wish to travel Nagasaki and lived in this hotel, please be reminded to check the schedule for the buses because the hotel is not located in the town centre of Nagasaki

The mattress is not even and pillows are too soft and flat. The breakfast finishes at 9am. it would be nice if it closes at 10am.

The location is great. The view in the room is beautiful. Breakfast is good. Hotel manager and staffs are very friendly and helpful. They changed and upgraded my room after I complained about the mattress and pillows. Thank you for their professional service and quick response. Will definitely come back again.

at least 5-7 staff has asked me just randomly where am I from and all telling other people she is from America. its ok to be curious but I felt uncomfortable at times. the premise is intertwined with multiple buildings and the staff expect me to know that from the moment I checked in. the guy at the bar pointed to a building outside when I asked him where is the restaurant is in the hotel. I was puzzled where is the common sense how does he thinks pointing outside of the window is a way to give direction. the front desk Ladies always seemed tired and frustrated. I had stayed in many other hotels before in Japan and never felt this unwelcome-d. I was stuck in the hotel for few days due to the typhoon unless I am sure there were better accommodation for the price. Overall this is not a solo travel friendly.

The food at breakfast was poor and disappointing. a lot of the facilities eg coffee shop were not open . The restaurant was explained to us but not that t was fully booked. the room and furnishings were dated and need updating, we were asked to inform the hotel if we were going to be back before 4 pm which I have never been asked before anywhere. the onsens were not open during the daytimes.

This hotel looks and feels like the 1980s. It needs a major refurbishment and it needs English speaking staff to be able to converse with foreign tourists. There was nobody who could speak English.

The hotel was wonderful - the view is amazing, the room was comfortable and spacious, the open air bath and city view bath were both lovely, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel!
