We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I love the soap and shampoo and conditioner very much and would like to purchase some if possible. I am happy that you have accommodations on the 2nd floor. Clean facility. Overall, I will highly recommend the J Hotel Rinku to all of my family and friends. Nagoya is now one of my favorite cities in Japan!

Super near to the train station and a huge mall. Location is just one stop to Chubu Airport, easy to catch an early flight out. The mall has a many restaurants, easily to settle lunch and dinner. Room is good size and clean.
