The buffet breakfast was amazing, we really liked Japanese ones as fresh and healthy.

They have a very strict 2pm check in policy. We were there before 1pm and was denied check-in but the hotel did help us to store our luggage, and requested us to come back to check-in again after 2. The hotel has plenty of rooms, and I hope if there's vacancies, they can be more flexible with that.

Location! Location! Location! Walkable from Rinku Town station. Walking distance to Marble Beach. Complementary Airport shuttle was much appreciated. The breakfast spread was very yummy!

As we were on a transfer to the airport we arrived - it would have been good if there was a restaurant at the hotel for an evening meal.

From the train station once you exit 5, you don’t know where is the hotel. Would be great to have a sign facing the train exit so that once guest walk out the hotel name is displayed. We had to ask someone near Lawson!

The pillows were uncomfortable, although I am sure that they would have had other options at the front desk but I was too tired to go down.

They provided free shuttle from airport but instruction to wait at bus stop S12 was confusing because there's bus stop 12 on the airport map/directory but S12 is not clearly shown on the map. We waited at bus stop 12 and missed the shuttle. S12 bus is a transparent sticker pasted on the map. Only saw that when I re-look at map after we missed the bus.

The convenient airport shuttle bus service, its key location and the wide breakfast selection (both Japanese and International) were superb. The spacious and comfortable twin room had everything I needed, with extra pillows, extra usb ports for charging multiple devices, and a splendid view across Osaka Bay. As my connecting domestic flight from Tokyo was delayed slightly due to rain, and after a long international flight, I appreciate the shuttle bus offering all the more. Furthermore, for an added hourly fee, depending upon availability, I was informed that I could extend my stay until 2:00pm. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to long-haul visitors to Japan.

I would prefer to have more shuttle buses available to/from the hotel, perhaps 2x per hour rather than 1x per hour.

I always the way the hotel arranges the airport shuttle with tickets so that guests can be assured they will have access to the airport. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

The staff looks impatience and talks quite fast when handling check-in. Maybe I check in in the midnight and he is a bit tired.

The room is spacious, the room facilities are new and good equipped, as well as 24 hour convenience store in the hotel building. Very impressive to provide both side airport shuttle between airport and hotel, which provides great help for hotel guests to arrive from late flight and leave for early flight.

The Hotel is just 1 station away from Kansai International Airport. Since we need to catch a morning flight back to our home country hence we decided to find a closer hotel to airport. This hotel provides free shuttle to airport, which you can book upon check-in. The double room is spacious than our hotels in Osaka & Tokyo. The Rinku Town train station is just 5-minute walk, connected to station. There is 24-hour family mart at Level 2. This hotel also walking distance to factory outlet.

Airport shuttle bus ended up being very useful, since I was unable to get the train due to travel delays. Room was clean and well suited for a short stay.
