We opted for the Executive corner suite and it didn't disappoint. The 270 degree view of the Harbor was spectacular. 3 of the four days we were there, a cruise ship docked from early morning to just after dinner. Fireworks right out front on Saturday. The Executive room came with access morning, happy hour, and cocktails/appetizers in the Executive Lounge. We also opted to get the breakfast buffet, which we could take in the main room or the lounge. Hotel offers a shuttle to main train station (Sonnomiya) and Shin-Kobe (shinkansen) on Sat/Sun. The location was right across from Harbortown, easy walking distance, next to Meriken park and the Meriken museum. You could walk to Chinatown (or short bus ride), tons of eating establishment choices nearby. This was best hotel, room and Location of my Spring 2024 17 day trip to Japan.

East rooms were older. West side much better as they have been renovated. Great location. Buffett dinner was delicious and good value.

View from room was lovely, and the room itself had all you would expect for a mid-range hotel. Breakfast had many options. Hotel was helpful when we asked for different pillows to accommodate the short bed.

Hong KongThe lady who drove the shuttle bus is quite rude on 6 April. We bring a lot of luggage but she was not assist us to arrange. Just say luggage. We thought she’s helping us but her mean is do it by yourself. Compare to the man associate is more helpful than her and she’s not polite to us and other.
Overall is fine but property is little bit old and the buffet price is quite costly.

United States of AmericaOne of our two rooms was not updated and seemed somewhat tired compared to the other room. Definitely recommend getting an "Execultive" room so you can have access to the upgraded breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour.
The view of the harbor was beautiful and the shopping mall was very conveniently located about a 15 minute walk away.

the hotel looked amazing and able to get that photo of 'BE KOBE' was great. great view from the room. so handy to other places was handy. shopping in the malls was great. the front office staff were good and able to speak English helped.

JapanWe stayed for 3 nights inclusive daily breakfast. On the last day, we were asked to paid breakfast for our child and we have never been asked for the first 2 days. Restaurant Manager / Duty Manager insisted that the hotel received the booking request for 2 adults even we have shown our confirmation letter from Booking.com. Finally Front Office Manager sorted it out. We thought the hotel stay would be excellent but this incident totally ruined our experience in the hotel at the end and we had to rush for check out since we wasted our time to deal with this matter.
Good location. Convenient shuttle bus from / to Sannomiya / Shinkobe station. We were so impressed by the high quality of wet bath amenities. Breakfast option was amazing. Room is a bit aged but cleanliness is well maintained.
