We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great location although we did get a taxi to and from Kyoto station with our luggage. Easy to catch buses and trains to sightsee. Very comfortable and clean. Had a standard twin which was a good size (have found twin rooms generally better size than doubles). Close to convenience store and restaurants.

Cool hotel with good location - short walk to the train station. Staff were very helpful to send our luggage to Tokyo (filled out all the paper work for us). Didn’t have breakfast here but there is a Starbucks close so that is an option.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The room itself was perfect—size and quality. The location was perfect for walking to Nishiki Market or walking to any public transportation (we used both bus lines and subway and it was a breeze).

AustraliaThe room was small and a little cramped but we managed to adjust and worked out a sleeping position which we all agreed on. The beds were a little small, but 3 beds was big enough for our family of four.
The beds were very comfortable and the provided spare toothbrushes and toothpaste and it was very convenient. The shower was nice and easy to use. The location was great as there was a 7/11 and a subway station in a five-hundred meter radius of the area.

United States of AmericaThis hotel was booked last minute as last resort when we could not extend our stay in ryokan as it was fully booked. But wow! We got a surprise and it was all worth it. We wanted to stay longer in Kyoto and this hotel not only provided us last minute accommodation but also was one of the highlights of Kyoto. The staff, the ambiance and the location were just the best. Could mot have asked for a better place. They even gave us a gift for our stay !!! How cool!!

Pleasant hotel, decent room in a great location. After paying yen 3000 I received an early check-in at 12 in stead of 3pm
