We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Food was excellent and welcoming. Only difficulty was knowing how to get there. It was not clear nor was it clear how close the ice festival/sculpture was to the facility. Suprisingly close to ice sculptures and surprisingly seamless transportation to and from facility. However, it was not clear they had transportation to facility and it was diff to figure it out.

United States of AmericaEveryone please be aware that this is a true Japanese Resort. They speak very little English because mostly Japanese visit this resort. They do have Google translate and it worked wonderful with us. We had no issues at all. Just be patience with your booking.
The attention to detail to the decor of this resort was exceptional. The staff, the food, and the beautiful was beyond beautiful in Autumn.

Not a very good training by the Hotel Management. Other than this Calling from room to Concierge was always no one to answer or support !
