The host, Location, the facility. Everything is very perfect. The host gave us regarding the information around Lake Kawaguchiko. Therefore we had a great time over there.

The host (during check in) is very friendly and helpful. He advised near attractions and lical restaurants. The house is very clean and fully equiped with air-con, heater, heating floor, kitchenware (but no washing machin). Futons are so comfortable. Great place to stay.

The property was clean and spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Having 2 toilets separate to the bathroom was good for a family. The underfloor heating was lovely. The view of Mt Fuji and proximity to the village was perfect. The hosts were amazing and so accommodating. They gave us lots of information and even booked us on a bus back to Tokyo - the train would’ve taken longer and cost more.

We can see Fujisan from the window of bedroom in the morning. It's very beautiful. The staffs at reception are very friendly and give us many more traveling around Fujisan Information. There is a kitchen in the villa so we can cook our breakfast very convenient. We can walk around 10 mins to Minimart. Just walk 2 mins to see Fujisan at the lake. It was stunning view. The onsen is good I can see Fujisan from there too.

Hiro was very friendly and hospitable. Prior to check in date he sent a message with tips on getting to Kawaguchiko, hire car and dining recommendations. The villa was very clean, comfortable and the onsen was a bonus. Exceptional view of Mt Fuji 2 mins walk away. Thank you Hiro! We enjoyed our stay and will recommend your place to others! :)

The host and receptions (Cats) were very friendly even we arrived late. Fantastic location, just 2 mins walk to the lake for Fuji-San view. I will be back there again.

I can’t think of it.

The reviews you read from many platforms are totally true! Hiro and Koki (and Hana-Cat) are superb in their hospitality and guiding the areas. Although the location is far from the Kawaguchiko Station but its compliment with its great view of Mt Fuji and nearby lake where you can walk around! The house is super well-equipped and very comfortable. Staying during winter won’t be a problem.

staff are friendly and nice, they introduced a lot of attractions place for us and provided a lot of useful information for us which made us have a great experience in Kawaguchiko. Also, the hot spring is great and the view is amazing we can see the Fuji mountain when you stay at the house.

I really like the host this hotel is really really good. I not good at English but he friendly and talkative. I don’t know where to go, he can suggest. Too bad I only had one night If there is a chance, I will go back again. -food truck Delicious -You can see the view of Fuji in front -it’s short walk to the lake -Peaceful, suitable for relaxing

Amazing villa in an amazing location. We had Fuji view from bedroom and sitting room. Staff are super. Very helpful and friendly. Great spot for adventure, hikes, riding bicycle around the lake, etc. Onsen is nice.

Onsen water could be hotter will be perfect!

Heated floors definitely!!! Ambience, all the lovely cats and has everything you need in a wood cabin villa plus magnificent Fuji san is right in front of you! Breakfast from Food truck in the morning was delicious! Most of all, owners made the stay experience even more amazing!

Loved the two separate bathrooms in the villa plus the plenty space provided. We went as a family of 3 and for us that was more than enough- You could comfortably fit 6 people inside if need be. Also was pleasantly surprised with the view from the bathhouse, being directly in front of fuji. Excellent service 5/5
