Indeed quite far away from everything… takes half an hour to the Asahikawa city area. But if you planned for a 3D2N trip, it could be nice since it’s also around 20 min going down to Biei and Furano. So considered it in the middle of a lot of famous attractions.

Clean and big! Have all the necessary facilities, it’s very helpful for my elderly parents. Definitely love the space because I stayed in Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Osaka and Sapporo before, non of those properties provide this much land with the same price!

5people uses only one bath and rest room. However, rest room and bath are located independantly. Therefore not an issue.

It is perfect place for family. Very clean and calm place. Also all the machine already built in the house. My family really satisfied it during the staying.

The house was located in a rather remote location, but that was the point as we were looking for a nice quiet spot away from the main town to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The morning view around the house was awesome (we don't even know if our neighbours were all at home - it was THAT quiet). We had 3 rooms in total, each was equipped with 2 futon beds with their own heaters (good for winter). 2 of the rooms were joined together and could be separated with a sliding door, while the last one was at the back of the house next to the toilet. The living room was super huge with a huge TV screen and a heater too. The kitchen was super modernised and it was well-equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave oven, water kettle etc. WiFi was super fast too, so you don't have to worry about connectivity. Note that there is a separate staircase leading up to the 2nd floor of the house, which the owner said there was no one living there. All in all, my family loved this house (we stayed for 3 nights) and it was a good spot to explore nearby attractions like Biei, Furano and Daisetsuyan National Park (for nature lovers). 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to explore Asahikawa and its surrounding regions!

We only occupied the downstairs- the stairs to the upper level was cordoned off and there was a cctv there, which made us feel a little uncomfortable, wondering if there was cctv all around the house and we were dubious about our privacy.. Location wise it is quite a drive into the farm area, some may like the quietness but for us it was a little creepy especially at night!

The unit is very well kept, seems almost new, with many items provided especially in the kitchen! We didn't dare to use most of it as it was too pristine and we didn't want to make a mess 😅 A huge plus was the big screen TV which had netflix provided, thank you host!
