The hotel is in a great location - right across from the entrance to Orange Street and a 15-minute walk to Dotonburi Ebisu bridge and Shinsaibashi. There are 24-hour grocery stores in the neighborhood and Family Marts a 5-minute walk in every direction. The room was very comfortable. We stayed in the 4 bed option with 2 loft beds. The hotel has an Apple TV console for borrowing, as well as other travel amenities, like power plug adaptors and extension cords. The front desk staff were wonderful and helpful as well and helped us arrange airport transportation (do this upon check-in a day or two in advance).

The kids thought the bunk beds weren’t very comfortable. The beds on the ground floor level were very comfortable.

Excellent location, many toys and games available for the family to use, friendly and helpful staff, good size and functional rooms.

This isn't a reflection of the hotel because its been the same at every hotel we stayed at throughout Japan but the pillows are uncomfortable. This is obviously personal preference. I like softer fluffier pillows. It's almost like their pillows immediate deflate as you lay your head down. Very minor thing and probably the only complaint I have for my whole trip. It would not deter Mr at all and id stay at this Hotel again next time I visit Osaka which I hope is soon.

We are travelling with 2 young children so of course they love the games in the lobby and always look forward to more fun after a day exploring. The hotel staff were friendly welcoming and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was GREAT! So close to dontonburi and the Thrift shops, the yotsubashi station and a 7 eleven and family mart are both within walking close walking distance too.

We were booked for 5 but only given 4 towels, we made do though and I’m sure if I asked they would have given us one more. I wish there was a dustpan and brush in the room as they only vacuumed on the third day of our 4 night stay and kids make a mess when eating!

The reception area was great, the kids loved the games and the reception were all very friendly and most spoke some or good English which was a plus. Laundry was excellent. Good middle positioning with several train stations within walking distance as Family Marts and 7-11. My boys loved the bunk beds and it was set up to be plenty roomy enough. We all loved the bathroom with the deep bath.

The pillows were a tad uncomfortable but overall doesn't affect my rating.

The location is perfect, so close to everything. Highly recommend if you love shopping, we also walked to Osaka Dome for a baseball match, only 30 mins walk with 2 kids and such a nice walk.

Staff here speaks fluent English which made us felt much more settled as this is our first stop in Japan on a 2 weeks trip. They helped us ships luggages to the next hotel.

The sumo theme was a nice touch. Games in the lobby was fun. The laundry facilities were great. Suggestions for breakfast locations was helpful. The staff were great. They completed all the paperwork for our luggage transfer to Tokyo.

Only thing to note here is that when we arrived we had issues with using the Netflix on the projector, but the staff came to help and gave us a new TV so it all worked out in the end.

Everything was great about this property - an amazing location close to Osaka Namba station walking distance to Dotonburi and in a great part of town with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff we great.

The fact there was no breakfast or in house dining but that is the whole point of apartment style accommodation.

First time staying in a hotel/apartment style place and it was a good experience. The location was amazing, walking distance to dotonbori street, shopping, restaurants and train station/subways.
