Nice quiet neighbourhood with a European feel! Reasonably close to Metro. Some nice restaurants just around the corner. Room wasn't too small.

The room was ready at 13:30 but I was not allowed to check in before 15:00 unless I accepted an additional charge of 2000 yen. This is simply money grab! After 35 years of travelling this was the first time I witnessed such cheapness.

Too many people at the lobby maybe due to the restaurant’s buffet

Clean and neat. Daily room cleaning service. We had issue with the toilet in the night. The night staff, a very polite nice lady helped us to temporarily resolved the issue pending a permanent fix the day after. Many thanks to the staff. Room 811. Thanks

1. The location is a little bit far from the Hamamatsucho station especially when you carry the suitcases, but still acceptable. 2. Only the room with normal double bed has the working desk but the bed is small for 2 people. The room with large double bed only has a small round table. It is a difficult trade-off for selection.

1. The hotel room is bigger than the one of a typical business hotel. 2. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, where you can buy the drinks, snakes, and fruits. 3. The hotel serves free coffees in the lobby for specific time period.

Cos i did not put the two names of the guest in each room . I onky put the lead name for the twin bedroom. I have paid free breakfast for the room as what stated in the booking.com. They only give us one breakfast free for each room in the duration of our stay. Isn’t that ironic you booked twin room for two people . It should be uderstood that there are two oeople staying in that room and should be two people have free breakfast. I was quite annoyed with that. Cos i paid for the room with free breakfast!

Good quiet location, we had a room with 3 beds and even if it was cramped we were glad to get decent sleep. It’s was clean and the staff friendly. Close to the train station and taxi always available if needed.

Breakfast was so-so as quality. Perhaps more varieties can help improving, though restaurant staff was very hard at work.

A little too far from train stations but doable. Room was clean and comfortable for one person. Staff was very helpful and courteous, that makes me feel staying again.

Really convenient location which is only a short walk from Hamamatsucho station. It served as a good base for us and allowed us to easily explore other areas in Tokyo. Our room was modern and clean and very spacious as well. The onsite onsen was a really nice addition.

We arrived late to check in. Even though there were staff there and not occupied they showed us to the self check in. I thought they could be more welcoming.

The room is clean. The convenience store is nearby and the subway station is within the walking distance. The best part is the shared bathing room. And the service staff is warm-hearted and helpful. A hotel friendly for foreigners with limited knowledge of Japanese language.

having being directed to do the electronic check in process and having to enter information already provided was a bit weird especially when there were staff Standing behind the checkin counter seemingly available

A pleasant hotel in a quiet business area, close to Hamamatsucho station for easy access to Haneda Airport. The rooms are large for Tokyo, very clean and we had a great view of tokyo tower. while the area is very quiet especially at night there are some great food options close by and a small supermarket and a great cake shop only minutes away
