We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MexicoEverything was good! You can see the hotel is a little old, but it's kept really clean. We didn't hear much noise, but walls are on the thinner side.
The staff were so nice and friendly! Excellent service! We arrived a couple hours early and stored our luggage with them, when we came back they had already moved the things to our room for us. Breakfast was delicious. A nice mix of western and japanese foods served buffet style. In terms of location, it's super convenient, extremely close to the main station.

JapanThe room was too small & a bit claustrophobic. When we told the staff that the room was stuff, and the aircon/heater didn’t work, we were told to open the window cuz in “this season” we don’t switch on the aircon/heater :( A bit disappointing. We didn’t know that Breakfast is served only after 7am. So if you’re doing the Alpine Route and taking the 7:13am train from Matsumoto, do NOT book breakfast like we did. It will be a waste of money.
