We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

It was only a stop over for the day to freshen up for a night time flight. Only 200m from the JR station. It was nice walking into a generous size room. There is also some restaurants and bars across the road which was handy

United States of AmericaOne thing I would just like to mention was that if you're a tall person, over six feet, the shower would be a bit uncomfortable. The ceiling is very very low.
This is a great choice if you're coming to or from the airport. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the free shuttle was great. The room, as pictured, was pretty small, but for one night it was completely fine. The neighborhood around the airport is really nice, with lots of restaurants, and close to the train station.

Hot water is already there when I open the door of my room. It's good for a welcome coffee in the room. Never experience anything like this before. Room size is comparatively larger than normal standard size for new hotel.

United KingdomThe bathroom was smaller than the other 5 hotels we stayed in on our trip and there was a slight leak from the sink so there was some water on the bathroom floor from the base of the unit after use, which if the bathroom had been later, would've been less of an issue.
The hotel was very close to the station and had a seating area in the room which was a real bonus. The beds were super comfy and we could open the window despite being on the 7th floor. Our request to book in early and check out late were accommodated with no extra charge and bag storage on request too. The staff were very helpful polite and respectful. Hotel offered clear instructions on how to get there and was good value for money.

GermanyAfter a long journey we only wanted to sleep - the location of the hotel was perfect, a five minutes walk from Narita station. A little bit "70th-flair", but everything worked well and it was very clean. Price /performance ratio was very good, I say. The room was relativl big for japanese standard and the staff was very kind.
