ThailandThe Room is clean and well organized. This hotel pay attention on every details of the stuff we need. The breakfast and dinner is good as well. I stayed there for 2 days, both breakfast and dinner is included. These 4 meals in all amazing. They offered variety of food. Apart from the meal, they have afternoon tea and boiled potatoes serving us in the late afternoon. The taste of them is so nice.

CanadaIt is a bit far from the ski hills. There shuttle schedule should increase for the ski hills to allow for more flexibility to get to and back from the slopes.

Absolutely outstanding and elegant. The multicourse Japanese dinner and breakfast included in the hotel were top notch and a real pleasure to enjoy before and after skiing. The onsen was immaculate and so refreshing, including two heated outdoor mini pools with warm water even during falling snow. Truly surreal and even though it's expensive, I'd say it's completely worth the price. Thank you for a lovely time!

United States of AmericaShuttle bus to ski resort doesn’t leave until after the lifts open. The shuttle bus changes so can be confusing trying to catch it back to the hotel.
Above average Ryokan located in quiet section of Niseko. Huge room with plenty of space to stretch out after skiing. Food is high quality and changes everyday. Public onsen is good size and quite relaxing looking at the forest. Private onsen in your room if you get that option is a must if you ski.

The breakfast and dinner were exceptional - beautiful ingredients, fantastic presentation, and absolutely delicious. We loved the decor of the entire property and the cozy jazz lounge with marshmallow roasting, sweet potatoes, and complimentary wine before dinner. The room was beautiful and the private bath on the balcony was so relaxing. Every aspect of our stay was absolutely perfect - this is truly a top tier hotel/resort experience with great attention to detail.

SwitzerlandFor the price, I would expect more cleanliness overall. Our bathroom and toilet were not perfectly clean, as well was the onsen not in the best shape. For a hotel in this price range, I would also expect the staff to speak some basic English to help with any requests. We really loved the food, but the cherry on top would have been to get a bit more context from the staff about Japanese food and it's custom to eat it.
The food is amazing, and the whole experience was great for us. Coming from Europe, it was a perfect place to experience Japan interior, food and lifestyle. Also, it is away from the crowds at Niseko, and very relaxing.

Hong KongImpressive! We stayed here for 3 nights and had great memories. Staffs were always smiling, gentle and helpful. My husband doesn't eat fish sashimi, and they have accommodated us with good lot of fresh and delicious cooked seafood, without repeating, surprised us in every meal! We were so impressed :) Enjoyed the free liquor, potatoes and marshmallows, great choice of music, cozy fire place and seats for reading from their library or just to empty your brain. Highly recommended to have truly relax yourself. Nice to have message chair and private outdoor onsen after skiing. We would love to come back for anniversaries :)
