Adjusting the room temperature was not possible as winter settings prevented cooling in individual rooms. However window was able to be opened to increase ventilation.

The room was a bit too hot.

We e noted our stay here, such a good location with easy access to the train station and not too far from attractions.The free amenities were great and staff friendly and helpful.

We found the temperature a bit too warm in the room, so had to open the snow monkeys window.

We liked the location mid way between the station and main attractions.We also liked the lovely lobby with Japanese decor.We also appreciated the amenities. Would recommend.

Nothing much to complain about.

Good price. But we cannot stress the amazing location. Our main purpose of this visit was to eat seafood and this hotel is right in front of the Omichi market. It's walking distance to the station, Higashichaya, Oyama Shrine (thought which you can enter Kanazawa castle and Kenrouken) and Nagamachi district. The hotel has free coffee in the lobby and came with 4 Nespresso pods in the room. That was something I haven't experienced in a budget hotel.

We chose this hotel to be reasonably close to transport and tourist sites. The modern foyer was spacious and interesting. The staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. There is an Italian themed restaurant attached to the hotel, which served tasty dinners as well as a very substantial breakfast buffet. Our room was compact but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was typical of Japanese hotels. We needed to use the laundry, which was modern, but not efficient.

The location was really good, 1 stop from Kanazawa station by bus or 12 min by walking from the Hotel. The Hotel is near the market and not far from the castle and Kenrokuen garden, if you enjoy walking it is approximately 15-20 min from the Geisha district (Hihashi Chaya). The room was spacious, we had space for our bags, at the reception they provided samples from a Japanese cosmetic brand (my skin loved them hihi) and they sell day passes for the sightseeing loop bus, if you don’t have the time to buy them at the main station it is convenient.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was good. We walked from the Station and it was a little far, but not too much — just make sure to check the distance from where you’ll be arriving in case you’re planning to walk to the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was really easy. The cleanliness of the room was good.

Cold scrambled eggs. Lack of restaurants in the area that were open!

Bed was really comfortable and the room was a good size for the price. Breakfast buffet was better than most however, as usual, the eggs were cold. Good location. Take a cab from the train station, it’s further than you think. Great pizza.

The intense smell in lobby was overpowering . Staff were helpful, especially kitchen staff for ramen. All desk staff were helpful, but a few seemed insincere. The room was very small.

Ramen was an excellent touch. Wash machine was good too.

A minor concern seemed to be the limited hours the restaurant adjoining the hotel was open but plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby solves that issue.

Location within walking distance of most of Kanazawa sites of interest for tourists is excellent. Rooms are a reasonable size and staff were helpful. Adjacent to Omicho market for interesting food options during opening hours.

I didnt like the fact they charge “the seat” for dinner at their restaurant … without telling it before. ??? First time I saw this ? The breakfast is a bit average (for me) I didn’t even went for breakfast the last day even if I payed it I went outside

Clean, quiet (except some Chinese ? neighbor guests that woke up me at 5 am cause they were laughing and screeching in front of my door … ) The bed was the softest one I had in Japan
