The water kettle was disgusting. Every time you cook water , the plastic from the pot leaves behind a residue in the water. It's damaged and needs to be replaced. They only give you 1 ply layer of toilet paper roll and never replace the empty roll when they clean the room. Some of the staff are very rude. I don't believe they know how to deal with tourists. They get frustrated very quickly.

The rooms and facilities were very clean and the condition of the room was great. It's a great location and there is a store next door to buy food and stuff. It is a little far from the train station.

The check-in time is exactly 2pm, they don't allow earlier check-in, so the queue waiting for the check-in was super long. The male staff in front desk screwed up my taxi reservation: I asked the front desk to help me to book a taxi to airport, but when the driver came, the male staff told the driver he didn't know the reservation No., (taxi driver needs the number to pick me up), so the driver was leaving and I stoped him. My Japanese is close to native speaker, so I convinced the driver to try to ask the number agiain, maybe the female staff knows. Eventually we sloved the issue. But if I can't speak Japanese or I don't know the Japan taxi system, I would definitely missed my flight.

Very close to Tokyo dome, if you come for an event in Tokyo dome, it's definitely the first choice. Many restaurants and shops around. Love the location.

1. Fridge wasn't cold at all. 2. There's no microwave in the room. You need to go to the room where they keep the ice and vending machines.

1. It was central to everything with a lot of things to do for the kids with rides and parks. 2. Good food was easy to find and greater deals too with the Donki store beside us. 3. Train stations were all a few minutes walking distance. 4. Access to airport limousine bus at the Tokyo Dome Hotel!

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and will undoubtedly stay again. Great location, lovely spacious rooms, quiet corridors, and lovely staff. Lovely idea to take the amenities that you need from the check-in desk. Spacious lobby area and never feels crowded. Ideally located near metro and JR stations for amazing access directly into Tokyo Station. Lovely modern shopping mall located within walking distance, and close to numerous convenience stores. Don Quixote shop next door is a fantastic shop for souvenirs.

Good accessibility, lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket nearby and the amusement park and Tokyo Dome. The Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available at the restaurant in the building, but we chose to go to a minimart over that.

The dryer is unable to dry up my clothes after washing. Spin dry 3 times, and the clothes are still damp.

The location is near to many restaurants, and Don don donki is conveniently located below our hotel. Tokyo Dome is just opposite the hotel.
