Close to Kanda Station (Yamanote Line). Kombini nearby. coffee and tea free in the amenities. Laundry at 7th floor. Bigger room than some of the hotels that we stayed/seen around Japan (could open 2 luggages at the same time). Excellent staff organizing luggage transport. Overall, a great hotel to stay for a family of 3.

The room was for smoker (i don't remember if i choose it) and it smelled alot. After some minutes we got use to that. An higher floor would have been better too.

The room was bigger than the other ones in the Apa hotels (Roppongi and Ueno-Hirokoji) equipped with all the facilities and plenty of space to re organize the luggage. The position is very strategic (Jimbocho, Akihabara, The Imperial palace and Tokyo station are really close) The staff was really helpful solving a wifi problem and calling us a taxi.

The hallway has an open balcony to see outside, it is not fully enclosed. It just made me a little nervious.

The hotel is about a 20min walk from Tokyo train station. The rooms were comfortable. They accommodated us by having the rooms next to each other. Only 2 people per room, whether a double bed or twin beds. The beds were very comfortable.

Close to Kanda station, room was relatively large when you compare it to most hotels in Tokyo. Tasty cofffee. Various restaurant options near the hotel.

The rooms are small, but that’s Tokyo

The location is excellent, close to Tokyo station. The rooms are small, but very clean. The staff are incredibly helpful, you couldn’t ask for more.

The washing machine comes with the dryer but the dryer doesn’t work. We dry it for 6 times (¥600) and the clothes come out still wet.

The size of the room is huge! Larger than the ones i stayed in in Osaka. Enough space for me to open my oversized luggage. Comfortable bed, good amenities and great staff. They send our luggages which we placed at the baggage storage in the morning to our room before we even check in. Love it!

Nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious comparing to other hotels at the same price. Our room has a view of Skytree. 5 mins to JR station, 20 mins walk to Shinkansen Tokyo station. A lot of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Good drip coffee provided.

Nothing. All good...but an onsen would be nice!

We had a one night stay in the middle of a very busy vacation. This is a low service hotel but it had everything we needed in a quiet office location close to Tokyo Station. Rooms were a good size and bathroom was small but worked. Decor was contemporary. Entrance to room was via an atrium open to the outside air which was unusual, but fine. They stored our bags so we could sightsee one day. Provided a beautiful quality cashmere wool blanket as I prefer to sleep without the room heater on.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Not too far from either Tokyo or Kanda station as well. Walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants near Kanda station.

Nothing to dislike.

Close proximity to Otemachi metro station and Tokyo station, within walking distance to Marunochi area and Imperial Gardens, food is not a problem in the surrounding areas. Room is clean although a bit compact for 2 large suitcases. Hotel also provide a lot of amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, pjs, shaving razor, coffee, etc. Highly recommended.

Tommy was super small, even by Tokyo standard, you basically can’t move around let lone packing suitcases.
