Good location. Our room was small yet functional. Bathroom/toilet good. Comfortable beds. Fridge kettle etc good. Book in staff friendly and spoke some english. Limited cooking facilities but we made do ok. Close to transport.

Our experienced was a problem with our key card. On our 3rd day we've to stay outside the room for about 15 mins trying in/out our room key card until finally opened the door. But, on the next day the staff was changed the new room key card and it work properly.

The internet doesn't work very well. And the air conditioner remote is in Japanese so it was a bit difficult to turn the heating on.

When I see the name of the hostel I thought that it was in Namba - a very busy area. However it is not. This is one subway station from Namba. It is very quiet, totally different from the Namba station with busy shopping streets just 15 minutes walk away. Nevertheless, it is very convenient to travel because it is only one stop, and you can walk to Namba centre from the hostel. The room is very big, totally comfortable for 3 people in our family. The hostel is close to a 7Eleven AND a big supermarket with lots of reasonable options so you don't have to worry about eating :)

Not comfortable beds.

We realy loved the location. 5min to metro line to Shin-Osaka, other lines few minutes by walk, Namba 15min walk. Normal people lives here, its calm and quiet.

Beds were much firmer than we are used to, but this is typical for Japan.

Staff was so helpful! We needed our luggage transferred to another city, and had trouble arranging it because of the language barrier. One of the receptionists took a lot of time out of her morning to help us with the paperwork and called the luggage company herself. Room itself was clean and little dining area well-stocked.

The beds and pillows were a little too firm for our liking. It was odd to take out and seperate our own rubbish.

Spacious room, addition of kitchen was a nice touch. Bathroom was good size and location was excellent.

The hotel was very far from the metro. I had to walk a lot and also get on and down a bridge everytime.

The room was basic but quiet. The ladies at the reception desk were very helpful and very nice.

The slow replying in booking, they almost not pay attention to this app, but I suppose is a common issue here in japan, and the room was a little smelly, like cigarettes, it's easy to get accustomed though

It was cheap as chips right in the middle of Osaka, it has a 7/11 and a Family Mart nearby and the train line is only 5 min walk away, great if you are here to explore, eat and enjoy the city!

Good rooms for a short stay. At one station from Dontonbori. 5 min from Osaka loop. Nice to have washer and dryer too. Nice people at the reception.

There's nothing that I didn't like in particular just be aware that the bathrooms are really small. It could depend on the room that you book but we found it challenging with how tall we both are.

Fantastic location, the staff always greeted us and welcomed us. The laundry facility is great, you can purchase washing powder from the front. Fantastic price for what you get!
