The last day we had a late flight and were hoping to keep one room until our departure. Hotel was almost empty of guests but we got only a slightly extended checkout. We had planned to spend time and money at the spa but decided not to do it because of the rigid attitude of the staff. It had cost nothing extra for the hotel to let us to keep the rooms but the management/staff didn’t seem to understand how to keep good guests happy. The gym equipment was a bit outdated. The sofas in the suite living room were incredible uncomfortable.

Wonderful well-kept gardens and poolareas. Lots of space. Everything was very clean. Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms.

The smoke from the burning gatbahe at the edge of the property every night. It is imposible to enjoy a glas in the beautiful garden

that everywhere in Cambodia waste is burned in the evening. At the base of the property, waste was being burned (I don't know if from inside or outside), but the resulting smoke made the air unbreathable. I would have gladly stayed on the terrace of the restaurant for a glass of wine, but it was impossible to sit because of the smoke. It's a shame, the restaurant loses money.

From hotel arranged pickup at airport, person check in, fabulous room, excellent dining room and very friendly people, this was absolutely first class experience! We had requested the hotel to also arrange for an English speaking guide, air conditioned van, and 4:30 am pickup ( to catch sunrise at Angkor Wat ) and everything was fabulous. They even provided breakfast for us to go!

Food is very expensive and very limited options. Initially I was given room in a isolated wing with construction undergoing in floor below me, after i raided concern, I was transferred to a better wing & room.

Staff is very cooperative, they arranged Veg Breakfast for us for entire stay. Swimming pools are too good. Room size are nice. Resort is full of green plants and trees.

The only thing the resort should look at the tiles around the pool area, they are very slippery when wet, we saw a few guest slip.

The staff was more then helpful, we made a mistake with our flights and accommodation. Mr Krisna on the front desk went above and beyond to help us. Mr Vave at breakfast time was always there to greet us with a beautiful smile and welcome us each morning.

Fantastic room opening onto a lovely, almost private swimming pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The menu for hotel food was a little restricted especially for vegetarians. So we took the local tuk tuks into town where there was a wide variety of places to eat depending on your budget. Overall we had a delightful time and would thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel. Sheer luxury!

Some of the staff seem to be following very strict and outdated rules, as if from a book, with no flexibility. They're not in a rush to accommodate your questions and requests. But if you are assertive and keep asking they'll eventually help, but it takes longer than is necessary. If this was resolved it would be perfect.

If you get a good deal, this is an amazing place to stay. It's just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The rooms are amazing, the breakfast is great and the grounds are really beautiful. Honestly, if you get a good room at a good price, it's really worth staying.

. I would not rate the food excellent, but we have stayed at many hotels and it met our needs for our 4 night stay. For lunch and dinner we found better options in other parts of Siem Reap.

The family connecting room was very spacious and clean! Daily room service, fully stocked and restocked with all the personal care amenities, etc. The resort truly feels magical with the Koi fish pond, two super large pools and beautiful landscaping. Staff went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed something. The breakfast was above average with plenty of western options. Our kids enjoyed the pancakes, pineapple, watermelon and juices. My husband and I liked the egg station. The resort is about a 10 min drive to Pub Street and the Old Market area.

The two pools were outstanding and the main lobby was great for chess and cocktails. Having the sauna and steam room next to each other was also great.

Amazing hospitality. I forgot my work laptop back while departing for the airport and the hotel sent their staff with my laptop bag to the airport 35kms away. Very much Recommended. Awesome spa at the resort and an outstanding experience.
