Unfortunately the pool was like a hot bath. We asked for the air conditioning to be cooler and the staff were helpful in this…..unit it a little noisy.

The grounds were beautiful, breakfast amazing, staff kind and helpful, our room was a great size and beds super lovely to sleep in.

The bar restaurant at the Lotus Blanc Hotel had a loud band in the evenings which kept us away.

This is a wonderful hotel with a beautiful pool and garden area. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything. Staff excellent. Sultan (hotel staff) is exceptional. I hope they fast track him to management really goes the extra mile. Will be back when we return to Siem Reap.🙂

Room was large in size, functional. Cleaned and restocked each day. Pool area excellent, relaxing ( food avail at poolside but is expensive) Breakfast very good, lots of choice. Staff were most efficient and helpful regarding transport, booking dinner reservations and advising on tours. Really enjoyed happy hour (4-7pm) held in a fab bar with entertainment on some nights, uplifting atmosphere. Easy to hire a tuk tuk to get to town approx $3 USD one way. Also had an aromatherapy massage at hotel spa and it was excellent, would highly recommend.

The food and the service level (except 1 or 2 persons) at the swimming pool bar could be improved. For the food: in terms of taste, it is nowhere near the equivalent places around with the same price tag including the Siso bar situated on the territory of the hotel. As for the service staff, I could describe a lot of small examples that would summarize in a bad service, which is simply not nice (barely smiling or paying attention to you, sometimes pushy to interrupt the conversation, sometimes lacking simple manners, sometimes just looking at you badly). I think all the listed points can be improved through teaching the staff good service because it's a pity to have this point on the list regarding this nice hotel.

- great welcome and treatment by the staff at the entrance and front desk - rooms size (very big) and comfort - showers work perfectly - breakfast was very good with a lot of choice - calm area and surroundings, far from the noisy central area - wonderful swimming pool - all discounts offered by Booking on food were included in our final bill without any "chasing" - Siso bistro is very good, staff and food were great

The location was not walking distance to anything but the transport was very very cheap

Safety. First time to Cambodia and really felt safe. Rooms were as pictured on website and clean. Staff spoke English and were very friendly. Tuk Tuk was outside and worked for the hotel so transport was safe with kids. Pool was beautiful clean and refreshing after seeing temples and bar was wonderful at night.

Nothing. Although we did sometimes turn the A/C off because it was a little noisy. Fortunately the rooms didn't heat up fast, so it remained comfortable.

Comfortable rooms and pleasant atmosphere. Very kind staff and good service. We enjoyed the breakfast with outdoor seating, the pool, and siso bar very much. Small but worthwhile effort were the refillable glass water bottles instead of plastic in the room.

That does not have the decent spa and only offering the massage. And in general Iit should have more activities inside the resort , not only pool and dining options

Gymnasium was disappointing, lots of equipment but most did not work, nor the air conditioning.

Staff were highly professional, friendly and went beyond expectations. We stayed to celebrate my birthday and the extra touches to make me feel special were lovely.

Hotel a bit old, location a bit off from nightlife, wood floor creaking whenever walking on it, rain-type shower(no hand-shower), aircond make a loud noise, toilet air suction sometimes not working
