I could not get Frappe and Ice Coffee poolside. There were not more sizes of clothes in the gift shop. But… you can get yummy cocktails! So no big deal. It was so hot we wanted cold drinks. I think you need to carry cold drink containers made of bamboo with your name on it that keep drinking ice cold. The nice bamboo one are hard to find and it is so hot there I think they would see and promote you business. You could off a frappe discount to fill up the drink container or a flavored water. Great promo item! I want one.

I loved the pool. The staff were super helpful. I loved the emails ahead of my stay. The gift shop could have offered additional sizes in the clothes, that would have been nice. You have such a nice selection of items for sale but limited sizes. I wanted to buy some of the clothes, but my friend was able to buy lots. Also, Ice Coffee should be available at pools size. The cocktails were very nice and were poolside. I loved the Almond Milk Frappe, so yummy.

Very small thing but curtains in room could close better so sun does not come in so early.

Peaceful is the best word to describe the hotel. Would loved to have stayed longer. Food great, staff helpful and room very comfortable

We have been here before it was renovated so it holds a special place in our heart but after the renovations it's incredible we always get the room were we are only a few steps from our own cabbana we absolutely love it here especially the staff there great

The AC was was quite poor. It was really hot outside so we would appreciate more refreshing temperature in the room. Otherwise there is nothing to reproach.

The staff was excellent. We loved the place, pool, bar. We felt like in little quiet oasis in the city. Location was perfect, nearby the city center and all monuments.

The balcony for my room faced directly to a vertical wall so just a place for drying things but not sitting. The coffee at breakfast could be better, I tried the 'general' coffee its OK, requested a latte - good, and tried an americano - very bitter I couldnt drink it. They could promote some local coffee which is better. The place is a bit of a rabbit warren of different buildings which takes a bit of getting used to. Pool steps a bit odd, easy to graze a foot or shin.

Entrance, Pool and restaurant area very good with plenty of greenery and places to sit. Had some dinner in a small pergola around the swimming pool, very nice. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Room was fine with comfortable bed and a good shower Staff helpfull and cheery

The pool area was great but the arrangement of sunbeds were not good for groups of more than two. The bedroom was perfect to look at but it was more style than practicality. Totally inadequate cupboard/drawer space. We had to leave our things in the suitcase or scattered around the room. The main bed was against a wall meaning one person had to climb over the other and yet there was plenty of space in the room for this to be unnecessary. Why are designers so obsessed with the visual rather than the practical????

Great breakfast....and coffee. Catering here was of a very high standard for lunch and evening meals. Lovely pool area although the sun beds were not perfect....see below. Friendly staff.

Hardly a massive problem, but the balcony was pretty modest.

The room perhaps lacked a little character but was spacious and very comfortable. We were in the block nearest the front (a studio I think?) - which only had two rooms per floor, so very little noise inside (or from outside). This together with a comfortable bed, nice pillows etc meant three very good nights' sleep. We really enjoyed the outside spaces - the pool area could get pretty busy - but all very nicely done. We found the staff superb and breakfast very good. Overall a very calm and relaxing place to stay - would recommend without hesitation.

The place is clean and welcoming. On the entrance you will be welcome by wonderful scent that they organically produce. The room is clean and spacious and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. As if your in a province in the middle of the city.
