An oasis of calm in Phnom Penh. Nice pool, quite stylish.
Paintwork in shower could do with a refresh.
Enough place near swimmingpool For everybody Architecture of the building
Pinot noir from the table promotion action was not on the stock ,Prosecco also ... :)
staff, breakfast was the best ever. peace and tranquil. awesome pool. superb service
the mosqito that bit my wife:)
Location is OK.
The quality is overrated. Rooms are not clean enough. There is not enough light in the room.
Professional staff Fantastic Breakfast Everything that one is used to from a luxury Hotel
decor, pool area, food, staff, rooms. really a wonderful experience!
Easy stroll to National Museum and Royal Palace. Outstanding restaurant. Expansive pool and bar area for an inner city location. Sense of security with number of staff between road and guest areas, heightened by the large attractive pond immediately inside the entrance.
Location is quite good as it's next to the Royal Palace and close to the waterfront. The hotel is well maintained, though there was some renovation work going on we were never affected by it. The pool was really nice with little cabanas all around it. A nice place to hang out.
The staff were not very friendly, they did the basics but didn't go any further. The rooms at the back overlooked an open field - not a great view. The rooms are a little weirdly designed with the sink in the room -right opposite the open plan shower - so you can see yourself bathing? Why is this needed? The massages were not professional at all. The masseurs talked to each other a fair bit while massaging us which is not relaxing.
Position- it's walking distance to the riverside, royal palace, museum and we even walked to the central market by mistake, but it wasn't that far. It's clean and quiet - a haven to call home after the wonderful chaos of Phnom Penh.
The wifi wasnt that strong in the room we had. The floor of the shower was a bit slippery. Minor things really
The pool and the garden are beautiful. The rooms were good enough. The staff were extremely nice and helpful: my friend had her bag snatched during a walk in the city by two guys on a motorbike. The hotel staff helped us report the incident and offered us complimentary massage. Food at the hotel's restaurant is delicious.
The breakfast is basic. Some rooms have an ugly view on abandoned yard. If you care for the view from your room, ask for one with a view on the pool/garden.
Relaxing aura of the resort Shaded pool area Breakfast
room fitout Noisy construction works next door.
It's an oasis of calm in the chaos of Phnom Penh. The pols are just amazing, great breakfast, located behind the royal palace
the view from my room was a garbage field
Excellent hospitality from the staff. Great location, central and easy to transport. Very nice dining area next to the pool.
The hotel is named as a 'Spa' hotel but does not have standard spa facilities, just the massage
An amazing green oasis with a perfect location. When walking in the street and entering the plantation - then you at once understand this is a one of a kind place! You cant see that from the outside, difficult to imagine with such a location and surroundings!
There wasn't a thing I didn't like at the Plantation. The pool is great, the staff is very attentive. The food at the new restaurant is fabulous, we went for seafood BBQ on Saturday and it was delicious.. Would definetely return...
Peaceful and attractive surroundings. Spacious room and big beds. Pool is very welcome and plenty of comfortable loungers. Breakfast very good.
cant think of anything.
We thought the Plantation would be nice but instead it was colonial classy from meals to around the pool. Two things that struck me were a great 'tip for all staff' policy which is entirely fair and puts all people on a more relaxed footing, and the safest shower floors in Cambodia.
I would struggle to think of something .... so I wont.
No hot water for shower and room is quite small..... Breakfast is good.
everything is perfect
Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very comfortable room. Given the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh, a very tranquil and relaxing stay overall. Loved the red pool especially!
The pool area
Smell of cigarettes in the room
a nice boutique hotel well located.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was large (King size) and comfortable with a mosquito net though I never used it. The hotel grounds were nicely landscaped, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was recently renovated and served outstanding food. The beef lok lak is highly recommended. I didn't get to swim, but the pool is gorgeous with semi-private beds poolside. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious too.
The room I stayed in shared a balcony with another room. The wifi was good, with plenty of access points around the grounds, however the actual bandwidth was barely adequate. This is probably a function of Phnom Penh's internet infrastructure and not something the hotel can remedy.
Great value for money, pretty good location. Short walk to the river.
Staff were very helpful when I had made a mistake with my booking and sorting out a problem with the bus company. Lots of selections for breakfast. Massage at the spa was great. I wanted to buy their"do not disturb" and "please make up my room" signs, but I don't think they would work at home.
