We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeRoom was very small. Bath and toilet are are not separated, so the whole toilet was constantly wet. The towel rack fell off after 2 days of stay. Only 2 hooks for hanging clothes, no cupboard. Breakfast choices limited, although menu changes daily.
Location is good, near to train stn and bus stop. Also near to Busan Tower, Lotte shopping mall, Jagalchi mkt. Room was clean. Service quite prompt

South KoreaA little bit uphill and in between subway stations. I suggest people go to Nampo station to have easier access to the place. Naver told us to go to Jungang exit.1, which isn't good for people with heavy luggages.
The beds were comfortable. The location is near Nampo-dong, an area that's considered a "downtown" area of Busan. Quite convenient because there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Staff spoke English. The washing machine was free, just bring some detergent or pay 4,000 won for the one they sell at the lobby.

The hotel has a well-lit and warm facade, is located only a few minutes walk from metro, the rooms were clean, the staff helped me to book a cab to the port and the breakfast was delicious.. Overall, i was satisfied w the service.
