The music! There’s bound to be music from the bar and it’s loud enough to hear wherever you’re sitting. The second offering of different music from the restaurant area creates a wall of noise.

Safe was irreparably broken in the room, doors had issues with opening, very loud entertainment by pool (which is great unless it is 11 pm-12 midnight- this could be because it was during holiday)

We were disappointed that the spa was closed but the hotel did offer to book elsewhere if we wanted.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Coco Palm with my family. All the staff at the hotel are so friendly - special shoutouts to Anaman who answered all our questions and arranged our tours and the chef (sorry not sure of his name), he went out of his way to make my Nan an early dinner. Rooms: had everything you needed, one thing that impressed us a lot was they had UK plug points as well as their own plug points - we’ve not seen this in hotels aboard before. Location: there’s plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around the hotel. Tours/sights: we highly recommend going to Pigeon Island, the views are beautiful and worth the trek up the hills. We did the land & sea tour, you get more info when driving across the island and then you relax on the catamaran going back up. We also did the sunset cruise on Saturday evening and again the views were stunning and the crew were fantastic.

I did not like that; the directory of the resort, operating hours of the restaurant, and pool hours were not printed and placed somewhere in the room for ease of reference. The AC in my room was not working well. I forgot to report it before I left.

I visited for my anniversary weekend. Breakfast was great. It had a variety of food options to choose from, and my anniversary dinner was very delicious. The staff were very friendly and professional and attended to all my needs and queries. The room was well kept and clean. The furniture arrangement complimented it well. My pool view was amazing, beautiful view.

We only encountered one issue; the screeching sound from the bed; was quite annoying! However, the actual sleep was restful.

The whole ambiance was excellent and relaxing. An added bonus was the staff; they made us feel at home. Definitely returning soon!!

Not much space to dry my clothes. Had a room next to footballer who decided play music 00:15. Boys cricket team which occupied swimming pool for few days. It was ok. Will I stay again: probably not

Drinks at the bar were delicious however rhe bar staff were uninterested and not friendly, often at times being quite rude.

The hotel was beautiful and super clean! The bedroom was a great size with a large bed and lovely balcony window which let lots of light in. The breakfast was also very tasty, lots of choice with hot and cold foods including a chef preparing your own choice of omelette. Location was good a short walk to Rodney Bay and some restaurants and bars near by. Easy to get picked up from the hotel for various trips if necessary

Nicely appointed property. The rooms in the newer building are clean and bright. We had a garden view room and it was very quiet. Easy walking to Reduit Beach and Rodney Bay shopping areas and restaurants. The on-site restaurant is very good. Staff are super friendly. Great stay.
