United States of AmericaFacility is somewhat dated in areas, neighborhood is loud, can hear restaurants across the street, motorcycles driving fast in the night. Dining staff nice, WiFi service...not efficient.
The location, layout of the room and facility. Wonderful view. I'd you hike there is a mountain to the left of starfish that was great. Pigeon Island is also a great adventure.

United KingdomThe temperature gage in my shower was faulty and so it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. A member of staff was also a little too friendly, it was boarding inappropriate.
The location is perfect, so close to the beach and a short walk to the restaurants/shops around.

United KingdomStunned by a couple of management decisions: 1) Replacement cost for lost bracelets is 30 USD per night for the remainder of the stay. 30 USD in itself is steep but 'per night' is at best punitive and at worst racketeering. On reflection I am guessing this is perhaps to prevent people swindling the hotel by 'losing' a bracelet and then passing it to someone else. But for an honest guest like me (and not even 'all inclusive') this was extremely upsetting. If it had been lost on my first day, I would have had to have paid 270 USD! I'll add that my bracelet had been attached pretty loosely in the first place but I hadn't realised just how important this would prove to be. In fairness after I complained the management, reluctantly in my view, reduced my penalty to a mere 30 USD. 2) Tea bags in room along with coffee sachets and a coffee maker. But no kettle. Went to reception to ask for a kettle. Was told I could have a kettle but it would have to be instead of the coffee maker - guests are not allowed to have both. When I queried this, the stoney faced receptionist simply stated that this was the rule. I have never heard of anything like this. So for the remainder I had a clutch of teabags looking back at me tauntingly knowing that they were safe in their basket! Although the staff weren't exactly falling over themselves to be helpful, I assume their hands are tied and they simply have to carry out the instructions of the management. I imagine I'm not the first testy customer they've had to deal with and it cannot be easy. Overall the placed looked a bit tired and lacking in investment e.g. there weren't enough cushions for all the sunloungers around the pool and they could do with another half a dozen parasols too.
The location is great and the view from the balcony is excellent. The pool is good and the beach is really nice. It's a great place to swim including for families. The beds were very comfy too and room cleaners did a good job.

United KingdomInadequate beach and pool seating/lounging. The early morning rush to out towels on beds should be better monitored and facilities not in active use made available to guests. The evening entertainment was far too loud and too near the restaurant. There were no quiet comfortable facilities to sit and enjoy a drink after dinner.
Location was better than anticipated and the catering was generally good. The room was excellent, larger than anticipated and in a very pleasant situation

Breakfast and food in general was good and flavorful and breakfast servers were very kind and helpful as needed. Service other then the one person on arrival was good and all were kind and helpful. Would have been nice to have more then one restaurant option at the resort.

JamaicaThe wifi was not it at all. Our room was a deadzone even with our own mobile service. We only picked up the WiFi in the buffet hall doesn't really work for content creators. The food was a hit and miss...mostly misses. The pastries were always extremely sweet, sometimes unbearable sweet. It's pastry but seriously a pastry chef must know balance. Otherwise what are you doing. There wasn't a lot of variety food items especially at breakfast. We stay for the new years holiday, there wasn't much entertainment and that's ok if you just want to relax. And apparently the entertainment started the midday Monday while we were leaving. But I've been to many hotels I've never experienced entertainment free days it's always a vibe especially in Jamaica. The live band on new years was meh but thats probably me because I'm a musician myself i tend to be picky, the vocalist really was not doing it for me but hey they tried given the fact that it was a rainy night and we were outside. The dj however that came after was a vibe, he should have stayed for the remainder of the night. Now onto the room...the room fixtures need upgrading, the shower faucets were clogged. I'm a sucker for a good shower and it was not giving. For the price jets tubs are needed, this regular tub that you have in this expensive hotel really ain't it. I wasn't a fan of the bed it was extremely soft and apparently its two beds together so because it's so soft if you sat on the bed edge it lifted that side. The seating in the living room are toooooo low hard to get up out of. The TV is extremely outdated, many times there were these green lines running through it. The pool seems to have no filtration system, sand was always in it. I wasn't a fan of that.
The place is absolutely breathtaking. It creates a sense of calm and tranquility. I was just in awe of how breathtakingly beautiful it was.The staff are extremely friendly, the pool bartender was funny and awesome. The lady at reception I forget her name was so accommodating and kind. The hotel is like boutique hotel so everything is within walking distance, nice and cozy. There were some food items that were good, I lovedddddd the curry mutton, the banana pancakes and the lamb. The room was big so that's a good thing with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room space. That was nice

United KingdomThe rooms are ready for a touch of maintenance. Wall fittings need securing to wall. A coat of paint on the walls etc. We went all inclusive. On occasions they ran out of beer, Prosecco, gin etc. Food was OK, but just ordinary. That said, the good points far outweighed the bad. Overall we had a fantastic time, so the above negative comments are just good feedback for the management team to take onboard.
The Staff were fantastic. Pool area was very nice. Hotel located right next to the beach. Close to the town to enable us to walk into the town to explore.

United KingdomThe restaurant food was often luke warm, items that you would expect to be in place, for example, orange juice at breakfast, mushrooms and onions for the omelette for 4 to 5 days were missing. Apparently had run out when in the restaurant the tables were never laid properly, causing us to repeatedly asked for cutlery and for drinks to be bought often taking 3 to 4 request in order to get one drink . Start a pleasant and polite, but just liked basic restaurant, standard training and organisation
The room was of a good standard, the pool and property will also of a good standard as was the beach beach.
