Only downfall was that we didn't have WiFi for 2 nights, I informed the reception and the operator as soon as we checked in .Reception told me that there was nothing wrong where as the operator said that it is been made .After several calls a person came to assist but he too couldn't get it sorted out . ..He tried..I was sharing with another person and hers didn't connect too at all.. If wifi too was present I would have given a 10 for the hotel.

The restaurant staff was extra courteous and helpful, very friendly. Lakruwan, Sameera was always with a smile and very hard working ..I need to specially thank Rukmal who was very good in his PR skills..He treated every guest at every table a like..Bravo ! Wonderful team at the restaurant..and also the Bell boys too were very helpful and friendly..These guys are an asset to your Hotel. Lovely breakfast too

Pool is quite cool after it rained a lot. Be aware of monkeys :-)

We had a longer stay together with our child, the service was extraordinary! The rooms are very nice, rooms and hotel are very clean. We had good eating and food! Front office service 24/7. Pool is always usable and very clean. The view is gigantic! we will come again - thanks!

Restricted accessibility to the beautiful front garden(along the road), this should be facilitated and encouraged for guests appreciate the hard work the staff have put for its upkeep.

The exceptional staff, all seem to have high commitment to make guests' stay enjoyable. Excellent views specially in the night, amazing outdoor dining experience with glimmering lights as far as the eyes could see!

The gym is incredibly run down and needs to be serviced, most equipment doesn’t work properly. The breakfast was limited and the quality probably wasn’t 5 star.

The view is exceptional and the room was comfortable.

Anyone visiting Kandy should try and stay in this beautiful place. The rooms are excellent and the staff are very friendly and accommodative. The food was really delicious and there was variety. Additionally the manager gave upgrade to the suite room, which was really nice of them. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

House keeping trolley’s are left in the corridors overnight, which can be a safety issue and are very unsightly. Certain floor levels are stepped and great care must be taken, we witnessed a lady fall. Finally take some milk powder for your hot drinks in the room as the hotel does not provide any!

Checkin in quick and effortless. Views from this property are amazing on a clear day, the pool area is lively and well used. The staff are obliging and very courteous. The bar area is reasonably well used with good selection of cocktails. Breakfast and dinner had a vast variety to please most palates - the omelette chef Thilina was very inventive! Chamile and the lovey hostess’s were always at hand. Be on the lookout for monkeys and a variety of birds.

There was no WiFi in gym, and very less facilities in there. And I had to pay at 5 star Hotel in the breakfast for my cappuccino.

The location is absolutely amazing and with a scenic view over the surroundings! Lovely pool to bath, relx and enjoy the view. Breakfast and dinner are very good as well. Since it is outside of Kandy and in the mountains, I would recommend to book the dinner option. The rooms are very beautiful and the beds are very comfortable!

Lovely view from my rooms to see the green lush of Sri Lanka. Perfect weather for a walk on the hill. Also occasionally you can get a glimpse of a deers and their fawns roaming around. Loved the different cuisines of food while enjoying the view.

Plz improve the food quality...biryani was not nice ...food could be much better and the staff in the restaurant should be wearing gloves throughout
