United KingdomService could be a bit slow at times even when it didn’t seem busy. People also reserving specific tables facing out to the beach for breakfast although when asking to reserve was told it’s not possible so slightly confusing. The hotel has a gym but it’s very compact.
Excellent location on the beach and close proximity to the airport. Additionally there are plenty of food/drink options close to the hotel.

Great location on the beach. Very friendly staff at the restaurant and the a la carte food was excellent. We stayed two times during our holiday in Sri Lanka and got upgraded to a suite during our first stay which was great!

The best thing about this hotel is its location right on Negombo beach. Although, it does not appear to be a swimming beach. Decent swimming pool and good food.

Sri LankaSignage to indicate the lift and stairs etc should be improved. A bit confusing in the long corridors.
The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had in respect of taste and choice. The Sri Lankan cuisine was authentic and very tasty with correct amount of spiciness. Croissants were perfect and a rare thing to find in Sri Lanka. Marmalade was exceptional. Hoppers first class. Room service quick and staff very nice. The beds really comfortable with high quality bedding.
