You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe water smelled and tasted of sulfur. The room was advertised as 110 euro on booking.com but we were informed by someone on the phone that we owed 150 not 110. Please post the correct price.
The room was very nice, we had five beds for three people. The hotel is about 20 minutes outside Kaunas.The staff member who received us was very nice and accommodating. Be aware it's better if you speak some Lithuanian or even Russian.

EstoniaIn our room there was intense smell of plastic. Water had a very intense smell. Furniture was damaged. It was complicated to get a bill from the reception. There was no toilet paper etc.
It had a great location and check-in was opened 24/7. Since we checked in at night we were super grateful to have a place where to stay. Still I would not recommend or go back.

Latviaroom had a rotten smell, same as water. everything is old, room is very noisy. restaurant closes at 8 and there nothing else around. but the most disappointing was when I was walking with a little Yorkshire dog in the morning and met the owner, he started to shout that dogs are not allowed (however no mention at booking.com), said get out of here or I call the police.
