There were only one thing that was dissapointing. The pools were really dirty. If there were just couple of showers that people must go before going to pools (like there normally is) it might be better. But that’s the only one thing. Othervice it was more than we were expecting.

The painting like view from the terrace! All the activitets for kids. Good pizza place (chicken bbq is the beat) and the restaurant (good fish). We saw all the pictures beforehand, but the reality was even more amazing. Animal friendly place. Dogs were more than wellcomed.

Very few chairs to sit and very low table to eat inside. The food and choice of food in the restaurant wasn't that great.

this year there were a lot more people there than before. they had built several cabins and many people came for day visits, which meant that the place was completely full and not a sunbed was free.

A few small unconveniences, long walking distace to the pools thru the fence, clogged drain in the shower, small things which is understandable during high season. I advise to have at least few charging stations for el. vehicles, it could be usefull for such a modern place.

Various type and size of pools, playgrounds, restaurant, pizzeria, plenty of entertainment. New facilities, all you need for a perfect vacation. The best vacation resort in the area.

I would recommend to remove spiderwebs form the upper window and the terrace. The smell from the small river nearby is something to accept as well, although it does not effect the good mood.

The scale of services included in the price exceeded our expectations: especially the number of pools and play grounds for kids. We enjoyed as well availability of pizza and restaurant in the camping facility. The food there was also very good. We liked the location and the view from our namelis (18). And overall we support the approach when the services are included in the price instead of pay for namelis less and pay extra for other services!

There were not many options for coctails or snacks in the beach bars. Restaurant was also so-so compared to price.

Pool area overcrowded by daily pass visitors. Noise and poor quality music in indoor pool area. Pool culture: no shower required, jumping allowed and tolerated by staff.

Arrow to the receptuon was pointing to the opposite direction. Cobwebs everywhere: inside, in terrace, in playground. Very loud music comming from pizzeria in the evening. Completely empty soap dispensers

No children's bed, which been ordered and confirmed, rude lady on the phone said they don't have any beds anymore, no apologies, nothing. Booked 2 villas. No heating in NR19, was freezing cold, while other villa was nice and warm.Gave them a call and after 5 min. lady came on scooter and walked around all clean flooring with dirty boots. Didn't fix enything, just messed up the floors and left. Then drunk men came to try, no fix either. Very disappointed. Baby had to sleep in cold villa with no bed. Wouldn't stay there if even for free. Bbq was full of cigarette leftovers. Not nice.

We weren't prepered for all the mosquitos (beginning of june). Couldn't enjoy the terrace because of them. Really loud music from another cabin until at least 3 a.m. without anyone interfering. Ants and spiders in the cabin, dead bugs on the curtains.

Great view, interesting birdlife, and the frogs living right in front of the cabin were charming.
