They don’t have an elevator so you’d need to walk on the 4th floor with your stuff.

I loved the hotel and my room. It is conveniently located within a walking distance from the train and bus stations and just a minute from the Gates of Dawn. There was a kettle in the room and coffee and tea. The bathroom was fun: with a transparent glass walk so I could enjoy the view from my window being in the bathroom 😀. For those who love privacy: there were shades on that glass wall. Self check-in and check-out are very convenient too for night arrivals and departures.

I arrived very late in the middle of the night. I was able to get in touch with the staff in spite of the very late arrival. They were so helpful in accommodating my arrival. I loved my room.

The excellent location of the hotel is in the old town of Vilnius. All sights and train stations are within walking distance. Special thanks to the staff at the reception for their helpfulness and responsiveness.

Little moments: weak WiFi signal in the room on the ground floor, poor water flow in the shower, poorly maintained balcony (construction garbage).

There is no lift so it's better to request for lower floor if you carry big luggage.

The location is good. It is close to the train and bus stations. The staff is great who helped me calling a taxi to the airport which was just €5. The breakfast is good too with quite a lot varieties.

I arrived at the hotel at 08:00 in the morning, tired after the long journey and a sleepless night…the hotel was super nice in allowing me check in before the check in time… My room was ready by 09:00, I could sleep :) all of it was at no additional cost. The people who work there are very kind and made my stay perfect! The breakfast is super delicious with a lot of variety! Room is spacious and clean, location 5 mins from the train station and old town! Totally recommend. It is not my first time to stay in this hotel, and I will for sure come again, it’s always a pleasure.

Everything was perfect!

We loved our stay at the moon garden. Super easy and friendly check in process with free champagne! The room was elegant, clean, and cozy with the view of a church and a garden. The hotel is right next to the gate of dawn, close to the bus station and easy to reach all the sites:)

I asked a couple questions before arriving which were not answered. Once there the staff was very nice. Coffee available in the room was with sugar & whitener, no other options. Coffee in the lobby was good.

Even if the breakfast was in line with the expectations, the quality of the coffee can be improved. Unfortunately, there was a lack of details (egg cups, jam cups, Nutella). A fresh fruit salad and different types of yoghurt would enhance the breakfast significantly.

The service at the reception was efficiant and flexible. The key-less access worked very well. The breakfast pancakes are highly recommended.

Beds were a bit softer and no switch-on lights in corridor with stairs.. Just small note (we arrived after reception was closed) - it could be nice to have some information card with time for breakfast, wifi password, minibar info, etc. we had to ask another guest for the password.

Location was very good, also calm area. Friendly receptionist. Room was clean and nice decorated. Breakfast was good, everyone can choose from their buffet. There was plenty of vegetable, cheese, bakery and other stuff. Recommended.

A lovely modern boutique hotel with bright, comfortable rooms . 15 min walk from the coach station / 10 from the train station . Very close to the beautiful old town . Staff were very accommodating and allowed us a late check out free of charge . Buffet breakfast with good variety of hot and cold food

The main disappointment was that my room was on a lower ground, which I only found out once I checked in. One of the inconveniences was that the main window would come out to a tiny backyard of the hotel, which looked like it was used for utility purposes. Also, it was one dark rolling-down curtain, meaning anyone could see into the hotel during the day if it was rolled up. I had to unplug the minifridge as it was too noisy at night.

The location was great! It is a walkable distance from all main sightseeing. Also, very convenient for travel links. The hotel itself is fairly new and did the job for a three-night stay. I did not enjoy that my room was on a lower ground. However, it was spacious, with a good kitchenette and bathroom.
