Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyFrom the pictures felt like was a kind of independent place but instead the kitchen was shared and in another area of the same floor. The comforters were not enough in my opinion, and I wrote them twice to receive assistance but instead they only reply the last day when I checkout.
The place is very central, nearby the renovated area of Momuziejos and next to the Islandijos street, a well known night life area. For the price was also ok!

PolandUnfortunately, wifi in some rooms means that it is not in yours. Without the Internet the stay nowadays is out od the standard.
Very close to the city Centre - just about 200 metres to a street with cafes, restaurants and shoos.

PolandThere was a kettle but no glasses, no spoons, no any different kind of kitchenware. I had to wait long for warm water in a tap. Bed was very noisy 😂.
House is near to historical Vilnius centre, just 10 minutes walking and you can find Cathedral Square, Gate of Down and Old Town. It's good place for two, three days stay.

IrelandThe whole place, while maintained decently enough, is very dirty – stains on the carpet, mould in the bathroom, dusty and mouldy bits of tissue in the vent thing at the top of the room. I'm a little sensitive to dust so I was sneezing more than normal. A little concerned about security since the front door does not get locked and the entry pin pad for the stairwell has faded digits so it would not take long to guess the combination. One of the guests took the kettle into their room for the night and did not bring it back until late in the morning.
The location is just unbeatable — it is right beside the Frank Zappa monument, Holocaust museum, bars, shops, etc. The host was very accommodating. There is a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, plates, cutlery, tea, fridge, and sink. The room had a big windowsill from which you can sit and watch the street. Bed is soft and bouncy.

PolandThe object is very old and it has a specific smell. It’s also very close to the crowded street.
The location was the greatest asset. Per one night the place is perfect. It’s close to any attraction of Vilnius. You can get to the city centre on feet. Also stuff is very nice and helpful.

United KingdomWasn’t the easiest to find. Perhaps a sign on the front door would be helpful
Location was great! Within walking distance to a lot of attractions in the old town and about a minute walk away from loads of bars and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely balcony. The owner was easily contactable when we needed him and prompt to reply. Bakery next door was great for a quick breakfast

Hong Kong-The drainage is smelly. you have to open the windows all the time -as the room is near a big tree so there’re some bugs -the cleaning lady was so rude and yelled at me just because I was late for 9 mins to check out as I had a stomachache (I hope the owner will educate ur cleaning lady thanks! coz the owner is really nice I don’t want this to ruin other people’s experience just due to the lady.
-The guy (I guess he is the owner) was very nice and helpful!! very responsive to the text and rush led to me when I need help! -Room was big which have you own toilet -Have kitchen across the hallway -Bed and pillow are comfy!

PolandOnly one small thing that it was difficult to find correct doors from the street. I think that it should be a small sign with name of guest house on the front doors. But I called the owner and everything went fine!
Location is the biggest advantage, very close to old town & shops. 20 minutes by foot to bus station. Very good price, room was clean, bed comfortable, WIFI works very good.

ItalyThe bed is too soft and noisy. The room was far from being spotless (dust on the bedside table, hair on the towell and dirty carpet)
Location - 5min walk form the old town, quietness of the property, the windows were fabulous (eventhough it is located on a main road, there was no noise coming from the outside). The size of the room is enough for our needs. The shampoo was nice and the blowdrier worked fine. There was a kettle in the bedroom but we didn't use it, nor the kitchen area.

LithuaniaAmenities could be improved, there was no soap/shower gel left in a bathroom when I stayed there. Right next to a busy street, it could be a bit noisy.
A good budget room with private bathroom, in a very close to center location. Easy to reach and find. There's a bakery downstairs, where you can grab a breakfast. Good Indian restaurant next door, where you can have a dinner with 10% discount if you stay here.

LithuaniaBeds are super comfy, albeit a bit creaky. The public kitchen needs some supervision (very untidy). Sadly, other guests walk around without masks (stayed in Sept 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic).
The location is very central but fear not, the sound isolation is unusually good and you almost don't hear any traffic outside. Public transport stops are within the block. Lots of cafes nearby – I especially recommend 'Beigelių krautuvėlė' (Bagel Shop) on Pylimo St 4, if you're into Jewish cuisine.
