We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This is a perfect hotel for a weekend. Great location, nice room, and a fabulous staff. My mobilephone broke down so I had to buy a new one in Riga. The staff working in the reception helped me with everything to get my new phone work, and even lend me the reception computer to make all my travelling arrangemnts. Service mind at it´s best. I will definitely stay here next time in Riga!

The room was large and the same with the bathroom and high ceiling. However, some things are worn out and need to be fundamentally refreshed. Officially has 4 stars but 3 stars is the real thing and thus the price should be lower. The 2 young ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. Despite shortcomings, however, the hotel is recommended by us.

GreeceAs a Hospitality professional, I have to say that the hotel has a lot of potential. A refurbishment will increase the worth of the property. Some furniture were scratched and , for a reason the reception had a very weird smell. The faults are very small comparing to the advantages of this property.
The staff is amazing , and the resort is very cozy itself. The location is at the center of old riga and you can see pretty much everything. It's a big yes for value of money .

Lovely decoration and excellent location, very clean and tidy. All attractions are within a 5-10 minute walk, with plenty of restaurant choices nearby

GermanyThe TV did not work at all the entire time, found that a bit silly, considering one was in the hotel at night due to it being cold outside. I found the process of leaving the luggage unattended when checking out a bit weird, but it worked out still.
Lovely location and good vibes in the hotel, lovely bed and nice shower. Nice that they had a tea kettle. The staff were friendly.

LithuaniaTv channels didn't work. On the first day we got only two towels instead of four (one of them looked a little bit dirty). You can hear what is happening behind the wall (for example, working shower) door (for example, when a person passes by and the floor creaks) quite clearly.
Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant and good breakfast. They let us leave our bags after check-out, despite the fact that the hotel was closed due to the off-season.
